If I could give a negative star rating I would. We went for lunch, the place was not busy yet it took 20 minutes for waiter to come over, once he came over he never came back. He seemed to be quite occupied standing at the bar doing nothing. I had to get up and get my own napkins and silverware- food came out and it was terrible the chips had so much salt on it you couldn’t eat them, the wings weren’t cooked fully and parts if our order were missing and never came. After waiting 30 mins for someone to come back I finally got up and went to opposite side of restaurant to ask other waitress for a box- worst experience ever we will never go back

be careful of the brown hair waitress. She took our card for awhile and the next morning there was a perchase of a 50 dollar Uber. This was the only place that we gave our card to.

We came with our dog, they are not a friendly dog resturant!!!We were told the don't have a problem with the dog as long as nobody complains. Only after 20 minutes of waitng - they decided not want to let us in, this is so rude !!!!! Be careful- stay away.We will not be coming back !!!!
Lana is EXCELLENT. Table of 8 handled with ease and with a great attitude. Management was very accommodating with the game we wanted and the peach ? Lenenkugel was fantastic. The manager also went out of his way for our benefit.

i walked in and the manager is standing with her back to the door never acknowledge me and another customer standing there i know she is the manager because the customer service is horrible i have to stop coming here for lunch

Walked in wondering why no one comes here. All the employees were hanging out and eating drinking at a dirty table in the bar dining area. Had to ask five mins after standing there in the bar staring at the mgr and everyone talking if anyone was working. While waiting for our food the staff just ate and drank and hung out at this dirty table in plain site ignoring the guests for the most part. Been frequenting bars for 20 years and grew up in the restaurant industry and I've just never seen anything like this being done in plain site of guests on the floor....

Walked in on a Sunday Afternoon to relax with some wings and beer and watch NFL football. Was promptly told that there was not enough staff a we would have to wait indefinitely. mind you, the place was near empty!!I will not return, nor will I recommend BWW.

The bar tender sprays the drinking glasses with the cleaning spray at the end of the night. Yuk!
