I ordered ahead on the Domino's app and paid via Venmo. Unfortunately, I did not take a screenshot of the confirmation because I have never had any order issues here before. I order ahead because I have my son with me, so we typically do the curbside so I don't have to leave him in the car or make him get out in the cold. When I arrived, I scanned the QR code to check in, and it said there were no active orders under my name. I had to go into the store. I explained my situation to an associate, and they just pointed at someone else who I had to fill in and tell them the exact same thing to which he replied, "well it didn't go through, if it did we'd have it".. and then all the employees walked away like it was resolved?? So I said "well I still want my pizza. Can I order one now?" I received no response. So I said "do I have to sign back into the app (that didn't work) and order online again??" And I was told yes, that is the only way. So I put in a second order and went to check on my son who was still out waiting in the car. When I walked in to check on the order, my name was not up on the screen again but I thought, surely, after the mix up they remembered me. They did. Not say a word and apparently the pizza had been ready and they just let me stand in the lobby waiting even longer. After paying again, I went to the car and checked the pizza which was over cooked and a smaller size than what I had ordered but at that point I was so annoyed that I just took the loss and left. No one acknowledged that there was even an issue. Is there a manager of this location? Because they also may want to talk to their staff about discussing maybe not how they're annoyed at how "busy" they are as small talk with another customer when it was clear that they had two orders on their screen - mine and one other. Unbelievable.

They gave me the wrong food and the CSR says "what do you want me to do about it" and then the manager whispers in the background "say I'm not here and there's nothing we can do about it" so they lied about that and then said the GM would remedy the problem but that never happened either. Very rude and dodgy that's not how Domino's is supposed to be run.

I put in my order it was confirmed paid for and I even received a return call saying it would be 30 mins and then 2 hours went by and it was time for my kids to be in bed and the pizza still hadn't arrived . I called back and got someone new on phone saying his driver left and he was sending a new one out right then but it was still 40 mins until he arrived w cold pizza and my kids were already sleeping so they didn't get to enjoy it .Kid-friendliness: ?

I never get dominos because of people saying that the quality is terrible. But I had a gift card to use so figured I would give it a try. I am not impressed at all. Stay away.

This store consistently gets our order wrong. My kids order a Buffalo Chicken Pizza with no chicken and no onions. More often than not we get a pizza with just cheese. We want the Buffalo sauce please. A pizza with just cheese is much cheaper. Today they promised to make it right. I then received a cheese pizza with robust red sauce and topped with Buffalo sauce. We don't want both sauces.

Would give zero them a zero if possible. If you like burnt food and ignorant under-trained staff this is the place for you. The quality of the food doesn't even match the cheap price. The managers are rude and definitely lacking in customer service. Frozen pizza is better. Pay the extra money for a real pizza that's edible.

If I could give negative stars I would! The evening manager is rude, refuses to admit his pizza is poor quality and when there is a problem forces people to come back to the store to prove the pizza has NO CHEESE. When asked for a refund he got hostile! Yes I want my pizza and my refund, when service is bad and food quality is poor I deserve my refund! Sir you are rude and your rude comments will be shared with all of our many friends, patrons and clients. Sir, you should be fired!!!!!!

After a long day driving to and from VA Medical Center in Wilkes Barre I ordered Pizza. When I arrived at the store they were taking pizza’s out of the oven and they were burnt. So I said if my pizzas look like that my family will not eat them. The young man said oh “that’s cause they are flat bread”. Well my pizza’s looked burnt and dried out. I told them this fact and let’s just say I left the store, without pizza’s and not even an offer to refund. I know they had the ovens too high to push out the meals. I will never order from them again. PS would not even give the 1 star but had to in order to write a review.

Tried to order online as I normally do now your not allowed to pay with cash so I called them and I’m on hold for 20-30 mins before I can reach a human with there really annoying pre recorded messages I’m never getting domino’s ever again!!
