McDonald's on route 191 in Bethlehem had horrible service today. Everything was wrong from not understanding the app.code to not finding my order to having to wait15 minutes for my order and then having to repeat my order twice to every worker. But worst of all ending the fish sandwich special the day before Lent..Criminal! Paying $21.00 for two fish sandwiches two small shakes and fries?? Better off at a real restaurant. Shameful McDonalds. Count me as a former customer.

the food here is always great but Sylvia cooper is a raging bitch. she makes me want to drive all the way to pennsburg to get the same shit just so i don't have to deal with her terrible attitude.

Extremely long line at the drive through, and in the end our sandwiches came without tomatoes, just a little lettuce and a small dollop of mayo. Really, I'd love to have McDonald's sandwiches from 20 years ago, nowadays it's not worth it.

Luv the Carmel wrapped! But even more, luv Sue! The lady at the drive thru! She is ALWAYS pleasant! It was a rainy, Monday morning and I surely did NOT want to go to work, but when I pulled up, this nice voice came thru the speaker and when we got to the window, she had such a huge smile! She made my day! Thanks Sue! Keep up the positive attitude!

Summary of our last three visits in the drive through: two cheeseburgers WITHOUT any patties, several missing nuggets (only 3 pieces in the 4 piece box, etc), and most recently, a missing cheeseburger and WAY overdone nuggets and fries. In addition, when i asked to add an item to the order (still at the order pole but after the lady hit the total button), i was told i can’t do that. (This was never an issue before.) Are these employee pranks?

They were out of a lot of foods how do you run out of French fry's at a McDonald's. Never had that experience. No receipt either.
Those of you who follow my reviews know, I don't usually review chain fast food restaurants. But Andrew and the crew here were outstanding. The mobile app was down and they accommodated my "mobile only" order. With my tribe of 7, that is dearly appreciated. The service was above and beyond as he tried to help me reconstruct my mobile order for the gang. When young people have the integrity and outstanding attitude this crew had, they deserve to be recognized. Whoever hires for this place is doing an excellent job! Thank you for the welcoming and thoughtful experience.
