the manager (?) needs to learn to chill. when trying to have a conversation while eating in store, you will be interrupted by him SCREAMING (not over reacting) the order names. take your voice down a lot. other panera’s are just 10x better. drinks are also consistently almost empty and restaurant is dirty.
I noticed that the place needs some maintenance. The booth seats are ripped. My pizza was awful. They gave me a plastic spoon to eat my soup. I was very disappointed with Panera Bread this visit.

The palace's ambiance is great, recommended for studying while getting something to munch on. The grilled cheese at Panera is melty and delicious, one of the best I've eaten.
