Cooks need to learn how to follow directions. My cheesesteak wasn't toasted as requested. When I ordered a cheesesteak I expect the cheese to be mixed with the meat, mayo and ketchup on the bun. I received bun,meat, ketchup,mayo and then cheese which was stuck to the wrapping paper foil. I know the resturant can deliver a replacement but why not get it right the first time ? ? and then wait 30-40 minutes to eat dinner without my family.

This used to be one of our favorite places and we ordered from Pizza Roma several times a month. This week we ordered a pizza that was delivered with half of the toppings balled up in the corner of the box. The delivery person admitted that the pizza was messed up and said we were entitled to a free pizza the next time we ordered. She said twice that she would put a note on our account. Three days later we called to get the free pizza. We were asked to call back twice and were told that in order to get a replacement pizza, we would have had to refuse the first pizza and wait another hour to have it remade and delivered. We were not told about that when the messed up pizza was delivered. We will now find a new pizza place that treats their customers well.

We used to be regular customers here, ordering several times a month. This week we ordered a pizza to be delivered. It arrived with half of the toppings balled up in the corner of the box after sliding off during the delivery process. The delivery driver said we could have a free pizza the next time we called. Today we called to get the free pizza. We had to call 3 times only to be told that in order to get a replacement pizza we would have had to refuse the messed up pizza and wait another hour for the replacement. We weren't told about this when the first pizza was delivered. We will switch to another pizza place that will value regular customers.

I have ordered from this restaurant about 6 times online because I live close. 4/6 times they have gotten my order wrong which is why I’m finally leaving this review. Their food isn’t bad. But it’s been burnt a few times and wrong more times than not. Something should change. Otherwise the staff is kind. That’s about it.
Did you loose your CHEESE STEAK COOK ?Tonight's was the worse.Roll wasn't good.Stingy on the amount of meat.Please reteach someone how to cut onions... that was RIDICULOUS !SPREAD THE MAYO on the entire bread because both sides where dry.YOU GUYS NEVER MAID THEM THAT BAD.....☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

Ordered a crispy buffalo Stromboli large, and some other food was not satisfied with the Stromboli because I had garlic on it. I do not like garlic and I did not ask for garlic on my Stromboli very disappointed ??♂️ spent $23 on something I could not eat!

Took 2 hours to get a cold pizza after they couldn’t find my house and the delivery driver got arrested. I called 1.5 hours into waiting to cancel the order and they wouldnt refund my card and said theyd call the police on me lol
