Had to wait at the speaker for 10 minutes after a rushed "gemme a minute" and the worker was shocked I ordered on the app. Waited ANOTHER 15 minutes at the window-only to get SOGGY fries and luke warm oil soaked chicken. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION. And no they were not busy. There was 2 cars in front of me and 3 cars in the parking lot.

Expensive. Spent $30 got 3 pieces of shrimp and 2 pieces of tiny chicken strips. Then I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender combo box that itself was 15 and NOT a box. Tiny portions and expensive. Shrinkflation is real here. Will not come again.

I had an online order and a coupon wasn't added into it so I pulled up to the store and see if they could do anything for me. They could not so I politely said I'll be right back I'm going to see if customer service CNA do anything for me. The guy at the drive thru gave me an attitude and was forcing me to take the food. I told him give me a couple minutes I'll be right back. I came back after talking to customer service and they were able to give me a voucher for next time. I proceeded to pick up my order, not even 5 mins went by, and the people at this Popeyes out everything back. Not only that the drive thru person gave me attitude and another employee walked by and stared me down with a look of disgust. I asked him if he had a staring problem and and walked away. The bag they gave me was ripped up. All because I wanted to talk to customer service about a coupon I didn't say anything bad about them because I know they don't control online orders. But they took it personal. I agree that this is the only Popeyes near me.

I visited this location and ordered 1 classic crispy sandwich, 1 spicy crispy sandwich, and 2 shrimp tackle boxes. The gentleman who took my order gave me something totally different, acknowledged that and said oh well sorry for the wrong meal, but be happy you got something similar just missing fries? I live far away from this location and asked since his screw up what could be done? I received no fries and no tenders! He offered me to drive back to receive a small fry or .80 ? REALLY!! After waiting in the drive through almost 30 minutes and I should have checked the bag before leaving, but I guess you live and learn to cook your own food or past them and go to Bojangles ??♀️ Please be careful and check your orders before leaving this location!

Every time I eat here they serve raw chicken. Not cooked all the way through and I’ve gotten sick from it multiple time because of their negligence.
Decided to cheat on Bojangles with Popeyes for the first time ever today- Staff were super nice and courteous, food is kinda mid-tier to be honest. Overall, can be summed up with one word:Decent!

Been here twice now. Staff barely speaks English, gets confused when you say you have a mobile order. They only start making the orders once you tell them that you have a mobile order, despite the app saying that it is supposed to be ready by a specified time. Then it takes them over 20 minutes to make food for two people who only ordered two combo meals. Once you get your food, either your sides are missing or they prepared it wrong all together. Often overcooked, rubbery, or they used the wrong batter on them or no batter at all. Don’t waste your time.
