Went Saturday 4/20. Servers forgot drinks, after half hour brought correct drink, found a hair in my burger, server didn’t check on us once we had to get a mgr attention, offered new burger and would get fries to munch on while 2nd burger is made, new burger came, fries came 10 minutes after new burger came. Grandkids asked for more fries, took forever for fries to come. Had to get servers attention again she never once checked on the us.

I love coming here. Good service, yummy sweet potato fries, and that Red Robin seasoning is so good I order bottles for my house. We use it in everything. ?$4.99 house margaritas (and they actually taste good!)

SUNDAY 8/14/2022 3:01 PM2/Good Afternoon Once again I give the opportunity to the Red Robin Restaurant that is at 309 Quakertown since it is 2 minutes from my house and once again the visit is very disappointing the last time I visited it was in May of last year and it was in bad taste the visit I gave the complaint the manager contacted me I stayed to follow up and I never received anything regarding the situation I love Red Robin it is this one in particular that I am always disappointed today I leave the church I go with my family and my daughter spilled the soda, we had to pick it up ourselves my husband went to look for the employee to indicate what happened the employee picked up the ice from the floor with a cloth with the same clean cloth the table put the sign and left us there on the table Sitting there were other customers who passed by and ran into the spilled liquid and nobody cleaned anything, nobody moved us from the table Wow! the waitress came with the food and in the same way she ignored the mess sticky table my daughter and I wet and all the mess under our table, my husband told the waitress to pack the food for us to take away the empty restaurant maybe I would understand in a Rush but I don't understand what happens Sunday 3:01 PM.1/ SUNDAY OCT 3/21 4:24 PM The restaurant was empty I was 15 minutes and they never attended to me all turning around talking to each other manager orange shirt never was attended I left the restaurant no one in front everyone talking at the bar I just changed my mind about one of my favorite restaurants what a shame they were so good

Almost everyone that works there that we interacted with were very nice and very helpful. At our recent visit, we both ordered our burgers pink inside but they were well done and my side of sweet potato fries had obviously been sitting around for awhile. They were hard and lukewarm when my meal came. The waitress, who was awesome, offered to take them off the bill when she asked how everything was, but I said no, since I ate my share of my husband's garlic fries which were delish.I'm hoping this was just a bad night for Red Robin.Vegetarian options: They do have the option of faux meat burgers as well as veggies burgers.Parking: Plenty of parking except during peak hours when they're is a wait for seating.

Mon March 3rd.My friend & I were there to celebrate my birthday!We were so very blessed & "over the top" impressed with our waitstaff!Very knowledgeable,patient, kind & listened to our individual needs to insure that we,her customers had an excellent Red Robin experience!At some places in the society customer service ends up shown as a drudgery & customers as an inconvenience...Well you can be assured that is not the dining atmosphere that you will have at the Quakertown PA restaurant!!Ask for Paulette to be your server, you won't be disappointed!love & hugs from Deb & Elizabeth from Allentown/Emmaus area!

I rarely write reviews but decided to take the time to say that Mia is an amazing waitress! We had a large party of 7 today during a very busy and short staffed period, she was friendly and working super hard and deserves the recognition!

First burger was messed up but quick to correct and comp. Sorry for accidentally spilling garlic fries on myself and the floor.The waiter was super friendly and the food was tasty. This is superior compared to the collegeville location.Gladly will revisit.
