I had wings last night, very good. Gave me an off the menu sauce that would slap yo momma.Came here the next day, got the Korean chicken sandwich. For me, not a fan. Chicken was cooked well, very crispy. But I'm not a fan of mayo at all. And it doesn't say on the menu that there is an aioli on it. No biggie. They took care of me and apologized. This is some of the best service I've ever had in my life. 15/10 would absolutely recommend. PLUS they have all you can eat wings for 13.99 on Wednesdays!!!! That's absolutely unheard of cheap.Luis, Autumn, and Taylor absolutely kill it!

I recently visited 3rd and Spruce on multiple occasions with high hopes for a delightful dining experience, but unfortunately after continuing to give it another chance, my expectations were far from met. From the moment I walk in, it is evident that customer service is not a priority.Despite attempts to get the attention of the staff, I am blatantly ignored, left standing awkwardly waiting to be seated. When I finally manage to catch someone's eye, the response is dismissive and lacking any semblance of hospitality. The indifference of the employees extend is beyond just me; their attitudes towards YOUNG URBAN customers were equally disappointing. It was apparent that a culture of entitlement pervades the establishment. As for the food, it was mediocre at best, failing to compensate for the abysmal service. It's disheartening to see such nice place, a place I use to enjoy with my family and friends, has began to lack the basic courtesy and professionalism. Since management has changed this place has not been the same and it shows. In conclusion, I urge 3rd and Spruce to reevaluate their priorities and invest in proper training for their staff. A welcoming atmosphere and exceptional service can elevate even the simplest of meals, but without it, even the most delicious cuisine falls flat.

Great food, the plates created in this place are special, different from any other place around, so food is good. The service is fantastic, the servers are always attentive and always have a smile on their face. Try the espresso martini!

Horrible Horrible Horrible service! Party of 6 sat for over an hour without 1 single person coming to our table. When finally addressing with proud GM, argumentative, arrogant and rude. This was AFTER asking not 1 but 2 waitresses to help us.

After one hour of waiting, we were never served. After asking for a manager, Michael became hostile and blamed us for his staff's failure to take care of us. We walked down the street to Brewer's and got seated and orders taken as soon as we walked in the door.
Delicious burgers and cheese steaks! You must also try the perogies! Extensive beer draft list and mixed drinks are made with fresh squeezed juices. Free shuffle board to play is a great perk!
