Muhlenberg Arbys! Not all Arby’s locations are the same. Some are better then others, and my three favorite locations are located on 5th street in Muhlenberg, Shillington and Wyomissing. To maximize your savings, please download their app. I get weekly discounts and deals, and the food is delicious, my favorite fast-food restaurant chain. I just had an incident in Muhlenberg, and it was my fault. I did not pay attention, and I ordered from my cell, and I accidentally picked Shillington location instead of Muhlenberg on my app. I am really annoyed why they refer to both locations as Reading on the app to make it more confusing, when they are clearly not. I digress! So I went online, ordered and paid, but - when I realized the mistake, I could not cancel my order, because there is no cancel button! Also I could not call, because for whatever the reason, my cell was unable, therefore - it was definitely not my day. I immediately told the lady at the counter which I later found out was the Store Manager, and I told her of my problem during a very busy time. She listened and told me she would address asap after she took care of her customers waiting in drive thru. As promised, she kept her promise, contacted Shillington (TY for understanding) and canceled my order explaining what happened, and issued me credit. I could have gotten screwed, in so many different ways, but - the Muhlenberg Store Manager was fantastic in dealing with my negative situation, even though it was my fault. Because of her, I will continue my weekly patronage at the Muhlenberg store! Thank You for reading. Eddie

They are so short handed. I ALWAYS have to check my food to make sure I get what I ordered. Food sometimes is not hot. Service isn't bad just not enough staff.

Ordered thru the drive thru, and order the 2for $7 got fish with no cheese only mayo and lettuce add onion food wasn’t ready so was asked to pull to the side and they will bring it out, I did that and got my fish made right and got another fish which I didn’t order, I ordered a Roast beef and cheese with the 2 for $7 but received 2 fish the other fish they gave me wasn’t even made right but I didn’t want it anyway had toGo inside to get this corrected not to mention while I was waiting for my food there was a Spanish guy and a Spanish girl outside near the drive thru smoking marijuana, I don’t know if he worked there but I knew she worked there cause she had a head set on and her Arby’s hat with the uniform this had to be around 9pm on the 27th of December 2023

Food is ok, not great. The presentation was sloppy. Service is very friendly. The inside is pathetic and old. I worked at Arby's for years back when the insides had plants and salad bars and they were considered one of the nice fast food places to go. This place is a dump and a disgrace to the Arby's name.

Today I got the absolute smallest order of french fries I've ever received in my life. Technically I did order a small. Although the word, small, might be a massive understatement.Luckily I got them on sale with a current promotion. I can't imagine paying the full price that is normal for this size portion.The food tasted fine. The staff was a friendly enough. Not overwhelmingly warm and friendly but not rude im anyway.There's ample free parking outside. Handicap spots nearby. A variety of different flavor sodas at their soda fountain.

It appears that a "Junior Roast Beef" has been discontinued or renamed as a "slider" since that is what I was served. The size was a joke...if it got any smaller I would have needed a magnifying glass to find it. Oh and did I mention the French fries were cold, the food was overpriced and the place was filthy?
