Prep time for the food was very long. By the time the sandwiches were done the fries had already gotten room temperature. This would be higher if the prep time wasn’t so long.

Took over an hour for them to prepare the order. The empanadas and the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich were good. The cheesesteak had minimal meat, way too much cheese for the meat to cheese ratio, and the cheese wasn’t even melted. It was a disgrace to cheesesteaks everywhere. The fries were soggy and cold. The platanos were okay. Every item I ordered could’ve been hotter. The only thing that was at a normal temperature was the bacon egg and cheese and even that could’ve been hotter.
