This place was nice. We started with nachos and I must say it was a big serving size! I went on to order their wings and fries. I am glad they place the sauce on the side because their wings are really delicious on their own. The fries were really good as well and they are not greedy in terms of how much they give. It was plenty. Also, don't get me started on the dessert we ordered...just perfection. Overall, the service was fast and everyone was kind.

What are they doing in the kitchen? We met friends for lunch today. We were practically the only people in the whole place at 1pm on a Saturday. The restaurant was clean and the service was friendly, but very slow. My husband had a burger and I had the chicken sandwich. Neither of them had any flavor whatsoever. There was an up charge for a side salad that was basically a 1/2 cup of very soggy lettuce, some diced tomato and shredded carrots with a couple of slices of cucumber. Our niece had the French onion soup and nephew had the wings. Not sure if they were any good. Very disappointing given the reviews.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu had 3 choices.

What a brilliant choice for dinner before the Lindsey Stirling live performance at the Santander Arena across the street! The food and service was excellent!!Pear and Roasted Beet Salad, Alabama short ribs with garlic mashed potatoes, loaded nachos with roasted chicken, and Broaster chicken wings with choice of sauces! Our waiter even wrapped up our leftovers and kept them refrigerated while we skipped on over to the Santander! Also bonus was free parking during dinner and the event! Nice intimate atmosphere, quiet, nice crowd. Good selection of everything (we didn’t get to the desserts but they looked great, too!). Easy access through the Doubletree Hilton lobby.Parking: Free parking if you have a meal at the Doubletree Hilton or Cheers American Bistro within the Hilton. Eat, then keep your car there during an event at the Santander Arena across the street!

We ate here before a show at the performing arts center. I thought an hour and a half would be enough time for a quick bite and a drink. It was not. This was the slowest service I've ever had. We were greeted promptly by our waitress, but then waited 20 minutes to get our drinks. We immediately ordered dinner which took nearly an hour, leaving us barely 10 minutes to eat. The food was quite average and a burger, asked to be cooked medium/well, was medium/rare. You'd think in an hour they could properly cook a hamburger. During our hour wait for the food, we would have liked to order a second drink but the waitress never checked in with us. We ended up not having anything to drink with our dinner. When spending well over $200 for a party of 4, I expected more. I will say that the courtesy shuttle to the performing arts center was great. it was quick and the driver was very friendly.

My wife and I go here before every hockey game or concert over at Santander arena. The parking garage is a huge bonus to the great cocktails and food. We love the nachos!

I have been visiting this place multiple times and the food is excellent. The restaurant has multiple season menus which includes a vegetarian dish 1-2. The staff is always pleasant and polite. Price wise is fair for the quality. Parking is also convenient and has a discount for guests.

The portions were good for the pricing. The food was delicious. It is inside the hotel so you have to use the hotel entrance, but other than that, very clean and had good relaxed vibes. We'll be back.

Had a great meal here 3 nights in a row while staying at the DoubleTree Hilton. Everything we ordered was good. Some things are a bit pricey. The breakfast buffet is very good.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for a night away. We sat at the bar. It was a nice atmosphere. Adrienne, Leah and Matt were very attentive. The food was great. The caesar salad with grilled chicken was enough for 2 people. I would recommend the small salad if it is just for one person.

Recommended. I travel a lot and hotel restaurants and bars are usually not my choice as I find them usually mediocre and overpriced. This one did not fit that. Good atmosphere (ate in the bar area), great food with large portion ( Mediterranean salad w grilled chicken). They happily substituted a few things for me. Several servers checked on us over time between the bar and others. Good value. Nice people. Good experience.
