Guy was not paying attention to take my order and got to the window and they were just messing around. I got home and we didn't get any of what we ordered and we didn't get my kids food. The food we did get wasn't cooked all the way through.

By far the worse Chick-fil-A experience I’ve had. I understand that it was late and they were closing within the hour but that doesn’t mean it’s okay to serve cold food. Everything that we ordered was low quality, the chicken sandwich, the nuggets, mac and cheese and waffle fries were all cold. I’ll never come back to this Chick-fil-A again.

Across the board, Chick-fil-A is 5 star, but the Exeter PA location is just different. We get food here at least once a week. They are always fast and on point. I know there are certain ways the employees must respond to you, and many times, those responses seem to become robotic. Not at Exeter Chick-fil-A. The employees are always upbeat, and it's almost like a big family in the kitchen on a sunday morning, making breakfast and enjoying life. It's an absolute pleasure to get a meal from this location. Keep up the good work; YOU ALL ROCK!Parking: Ample parking.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids' play area.
Rough night for this Chick fil a, out of sauce, forgot a fork, drink carrier, and straws. Very slow drive through with the workers just talking and cursing. Almost certain they ran out of buns and were using hamburger buns from the grocery store.
