BEWARE!!! I've never been so disgusted. This place needs a thorough inspection. We threw out the entire $35 order (plus $8 delivery tip) ; Fried rice tasted freezer burnt (not edible), boneless spare ribs were close to jerky (not edible), shrimp roll was worse than frozen store bought (not edible), spring roll and lo mein were ok enough to be edible, but not enjoyable. I wouldn't have fed this stuff to my dog.

We ordered and had $100 of sushi delivered on Saturday night. It was horrible! Fish tasted old, including the California rolls. Seaweed salad was slimy & disgusting! We had upset stomachs for 2 days. Never, ever again! Don't waste your money!!

The Thai food is great, but I don't recommend the Chinese food. Last night I ordered chicken and broccoli, and the sauce was really off. The egg roll was really doughy with barely anything in it. We also ordered two Thai peanut curry dishes that I am told were good. That is consistent with the Thai curry dish I ordered a month or so ago, which was delicious.

Just an old couple out on a date. For date night. Yes grandparents too. Plus us older people still got it but even better. We ordered a lot of everything n yes a bar too. The food here takes your taste buds on a rollercoaster. It's amazing. Real should try this place out.

Ordered Thai spring rolls, came with watery chili sauce not peanut sauce, called after delivery and was told peanut sauce in the rolls, it was not. An hour later they delivered peanut sauce, the rolls are not as described, menu states, shrimp,lettuce,bean sprouts and rice noodles wrapped in crystal rice paper, served with peanut sauce. No noodles, no bean sprouts, just shrimp, lettuce, carrots, basil. And they were in a small Styrofoam container sitting on a coffee filter.Also ordered Thai spicy triple delight, was not Thai sauce and veggies not fresh.Awful experience

Burnt wings! They charge $3 extra for beef fried rice. I ordered 2 platters only one came with an egg roll. Food is over priced especially if it’s burnt.Definitely use wings that are injected with some type of hormone super big wings ??♀️ I don’t even buy those for my house ?

Hey this is Mike I live in Exeter township, been ordering from China Penn for 15 years now... Mostly sushi, every now and again Japanese food.... Let's put it this way I am not had a bad piece of sushi in that time.... Kevin the owner awesome individual. As for any of the other employees have not had a single problem with one as for one is my neighbor in Exeter .....HiGHLY RECOMMEND !!!

I ordered a delivery order and most of the food was good except for the egg drop soup. The soup was watery and brown with hardly anything in it. It tasted terrible, their mop water was probably tastier. How the fu k can you screw up such a simple dish?

Steadily going down hill over the years. Finally saying good bye tonight. Ordered chicken chow mein. Got some cabbage chicken bean sprout medley in a soup container and no fried noodles. Called to express my dissatisfaction over $11 worth of trash and was asked to come back. Not sure for what. Apparently, a side of noodles. I have those at home. Said I didn’t want to come back. Next option, How about $3 credit on your next purchase? If it was one nights worth of disappointment and bad service I’d have taken the measly $3 off but this place is a shell of its former self and has been for some time and I will no longer patronize. Giving you 2 stars for at least getting the rest of the order right.
