Ordered food for my family and spent a lot of money on 3 entrees, chips and queso blanco, and two bottles of tea. All they sent was three bags of chips and the teas. Then when I tried to contact customer support the automated bot kept giving my order was refunded to my “Chipotle wallet “ I want my money back for the food I didn’t receive.

If I could do 0 starts I would.This place has very bad management. They are always running out of ingredients. For the past 2 years there’s always an issue. Also, ordering online the app will say your order is ready, then at pickup your still waiting 20-30 min for your order, meanwhile everyone else who walked in after you is getting their food before you. So it’s basically a pointless system for people who are busy.Today I was craving quesadillas, to find out after placing and paying for my pickup order they didn’t have any tortillas??? Then to get a refund for my incomplete order I still have to go thru the hassle and get customer service to give me a refund.I wish the owners of this place could get a good managing team. I hate to be the one giving on bad reviews, I have been patient & given them lots of chances, it’s always a disappointment. I live in the Wyomising are and this is the closest. Many times I drive to 5th chipotle because they have a better managing team, although it is way father and inconvenient due to the distance, they always have everything needed. They have never disappointed, as it should be the customer experience always! I will make sure to never buy from Paper-mill Rd Chipotle ever again.

This place is horrible. Every time I say never again but let others talk me in to trying it again. Order was to be ready for pickup at 7:20pm. It wasn’t ready until 8:15. Waited for 55 minutes and got told sarcastically yes it is ridiculous once I started complaining after 45 minutes. Two other times I paid for my order online only to find out they were out of chips and salsa but could get a rain check on my app. They would not refund my money. Good luck figuring out how to do that online. Tried to talk to a manager. Was told that I had to take care of it online and they could not refund my money. Tried to call and talk to an actual person. Nope not possible. Would take me back to same prompts even when requesting to talk to someone. Tried emailing and no response. This place truly could care less about customer service. Is solely a cash cow. Im done with this place. Terrible terrible terrible customer service and the food is not what it once was either. Pay more and get less. Bowls pale in comparison to other more authentic restaurants offering similar food choices. Save yourself the headache and disappointment. Avoid this place at all cost.

I am so disappointed and chipotle because they make DoorDash look bad because I didn’t get a receipt and then I called because my order was wrong and the customer service person had the worst phone service and I couldn’t understand what she was saying and she passed me onto a phone that didn’t work and I end up paying $27 for black beansI am so disappointed chipotle you brought down DoorDash by putting them in the middle of your mess and then you don’t answer the phone or if I don’t come up there in person

Wouldn’t come again. I’d like a refund. Rude an unhelpful. Placed an order online to make it quicker since I only had a 30 minute lunch break. Stood there for 30 minutes while I watched people come in and out the door while I was still standing there waiting. I told the guy at the front I had an online order and got ignored. I could’ve been in an out going through the line. Why couldn’t it just be simply made? it was only a bowl? Wasted my break, I didn’t get to ever eat my food, and it was made WRONG, and I’m pregnant ? where did good customer service or decent people go?!

the food was good, but I ordered a side of chips and queso and they charged me for that and guacamole and didn't give me the queso or the guacamole that I didn't order, so I went and complained and they gave the queso and didn't even care to refund me my guacamole.

The worst Chipotle I’ve been to and I’ve been to one in probably every state in the US. Slow service, hard under cooked rice, rude workers when you ask for something as simple as lemon.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews but I’ve had it with this location. As MANY people have mentioned, when online ordering the orders take forever. Our order was suppose to be ready at 7:40pm, and it wasn’t ready until 8:30pm. It wasn’t a large order, it was simply a burrito and a bowl, there’s no reason that should take an hour. Speaking of the burrito, what I received was not a burrito but rather a folded up tortilla. Clearly whoever made this doesn’t know how to roll a burrito which is comical. How does a Chipotle have someone making burritos who doesn’t actually know how to make burritos.Again, as MANY others have already mentioned, the staff is rude, the place is constantly dirty, they are always running out of ingredients, soda syrups aren’t refilled in a timely manner, soda machine is out of ice, and the food itself if subpar. Sometimes the rice is undercooked, sometimes my bag of chips has literally 6 chips in the bag, sometimes the burrito is so small I can fit it in the palm of my hand. This location SCREAMS poor management and the sad part is they don’t care and aren’t willing to do anything about it because it’s in a high traffic area.I’m hoping with the new one opening in Exeter, and the other location in Temple, people are willing to drive a little further to support another location so that the management at this store finally does something about the clown show they are running. I’ve been to many chipotles, I managed a pizza shop for 7 years and I can’t believe someone is actually profiting from this store. Management does not care and you can see that as soon as you walk in. To the Chipotle Google Admin: don’t bother sending me a link for feedback, the link takes you to a technical support page anyway.
