Who was the idiot that stapled the straw to the bag? Hello staples put wholes in straws making the straw useless. Next time put the straw in the bag and use a sticker to close it. Had you answer your phone I could have told you this over the phone instead of having to put it out there for everyone to see. And I wouldn't have said idiot.

This place definitely gives you a fair amount of ice cream for the money. The quality and the flavors are phenomenal and watching soccer moms trying to park in the lines without hitting the curb outfront is free entertainment while you enjoy your dessert.

Customer service sucks! The did not greet us or did not look us in the eyes. Very snappy. Said our thanks and didn't even get "have a great night". Please get rid of the old ones and hire new employees that are respectful and know what good customer service is. Will never come back here ever!!!

I've been coming here to this exact location for about a year and a half now and to be completely honest I'm not pleased. The service down right sucks. The employees get absolutely pissed off when someone walks in 10-15 mins until they completely close for the day. Some of us have stuff going on in the evening like work and classes, and the only chance we get to grab some ice cream is when we are done fully with our days. My friends and I would always attend Reading Royals games and delightfully so, we would rush over to Coldstone Creamery after the game concluded. I'm not even joking when I'm saying this, we walked in the one night about 12 mins until they closed and every single employee on shift rolled their eyes and talked crap on all of us in the back. I heard it all myself. Then again, this was last year. Tonight was different. My girlfriend and I walked in 11 mins until close due to me having a night class, and the 2 ladies working did not deliver good service to us. We weren't greeted with a "Hi, how are you guys?" or anything of that sort. Instead we were greeted with a "You guys ready yet orrrr?" Like cmon. Anyways the ice cream was very good. No complaints on that, but the service here needs to be better. Overall, if you want to head over to this place for some good ice cream, make sure you go over early enough so that they don't get upset. Shouldn't be like this but it's how it is.

You know what I dig? Creameries. This Cold Stone tries to shy away from the spotlight. I swear, at night after the sun goes down, this place never turns on its outside lights. If you were driving by, you'd think it was a creepy, old abandoned building. Even the inside is dark, with the lights turned very low. Maybe it's to set a mood. Everything seems pretty laid back here, like time slows down.It took me damn near 40 years, but I finally had my first Cold Stone experience. Prior to this I had only heard the legends from places like Aziz Ansari's classic standup bit. This is how I learned of their unique naming scheme for their sizes. Not wanting to look like a little poopy pants baby, I skipped right past Like It and went right to Love It. I'm glad I didn't jump all the way to Gotta Have It® (yes, each size has a registered trademark), as it simply would have been entirely too much ice cream - roughly three large scoops.Had a major a-ha moment when I got a glimpse of them using the stone. I was like, "OH! Like the name!" Couldn't really see what was going on from where I was standing, but essentially you pick a flavor of ice cream, then any number of "mix-ins" (surprisingly not trademarked) are folded into the ice cream on top of the stone, which in this case is a slab of granite kept at a frigid 16°F.Is it one big gimmick? Probably. I don't think it's that much of a step up from getting ice cream normally and then adding on whatever toppings. I guess I could see the value of Cold Stone's method when eating from a cone. This way you wouldn't have loose toppings falling all over the place since they'd be more incorporated in the ice cream. But as my preferred ice cream delivery system is the bowl, I'm happy going elsewhere for my fix to get more bang for my buck.

I definitely will not be returning. Me and my kid waited in line for our ice cream. It was made and sitting on the side near the register. Two customers walked in and purchased ice cream out of the freezer. The MANAGER takes the customers that literally just walked in ! While, our ice cream is just sitting on the side melting and he doesn’t even apologize for allowing such a thing to happen until, I brought it to his attention. No respect for a persons time or service!
