Lady was angerly texting someone when I ordered. I took a sip at the door, turned around. The $3.91 large iced tea tasted like fermented vinegar. The staff seemed irritated to stop placing frozen croissants on the cookie tray without gloves to refund me. Girls black hoodie was hanging all over those things- ewww.

The most rudest person I've encountered in my life. If I could give zero stars I would, they don't deserve any. The lady cursed me out and yelled at my son, and had an attitude beciase I said French vanilla and I meant to say a different flavor, she hadn't even started typing anything in yet. I am 9 months pregnant and this lady needs Jesus in her life because she is lacking basic communication skills and live for herself and others. Every time I go in it is always something there from wrong drink orders to extreme rudeness.

Did an order through door dash, DD staff didn’t do it right, when I called to see what could be done the “manager” (which I doubt) was very obnoxious and rude over a question she could’ve answered politely and then was stating that she didn’t believe me, that she doubts it, yea so I’m just calling for fun to waste time and to get $3 back. She must be miserable, and of course is very unprofessional. Study people and be educated.

Workers there are TERRIBLE with the worst attitudes. Talked shot about my order the whole time while forgetting multiple things on my order as well. Service is terrible. Recommend going to ANY other Dunkin.
