So my son and I went there because the reviews here seemed good, BUT, the girl there didn’t greet us nicely, told me to use the kiosk when she had no line and no one else was in there, the donuts ere all piled together so you couldn’t tell which donut was which, the donuts looked dried out, I was gonna get a coffee but changed my mind because the girl coughed all over her hand while it was gloved and then didn’t offer me the receipt after I paid! She was NASTY and had a terrible demeanor, even my son said he would never eat there! Idk if she was racist or just disgruntled but she should not be working there, it’s probably her family’s store or something, her service was shocking. Sad. I just left there like a half hour ago so today is 2/28/24 go there if u want to but it’s gross.

I went here on the way to school and ordered through the driveway. The order came out fast so I tipped 12 dollars because I was in a rush and was happy for the fast service. When I got to school to eat my food I noticed there was no bacon in my wake up wrap which bothered me but not too much because mistakes happen. The most gross thing was my donut. I got a strawberry frosted donut and when I grabbed the donut it was squished with black hair all over it. I have blonde hair. So, it wasn’t that you guys have fast service, you just rush and throw anything in the bag. 0/10.

Food is fine every visit, but the coffee is almost always stale and they have the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced (Besides the blonde who works afternoons. She is very friendly and smiles often) The others truly give dunkin a bad name.. !!

My little cousin and I just went here (12/23 around 5pm) and it was terrible. We were very polite but it was a little hard to hear the employee so we said I’m sorry I didn’t hear that and they proceeded to tell us to pull up when we were saying we wanted a grilled cheese. Then they said they couldn’t do a bacon grilled cheese so we asked for a sourdough breakfast sandwich and they put maybe a half a piece of bacon on the sandwich. So the sandwich that comes with bacon had no bacon in it. Did not speak to us at all when we got to the counter and overall was an overall snob with a complete attitude.

I been a faithful customer for yrs and lately I've been noticing few issues. The most upsetting is that I go daily in the morning and afternoon, Ibeen ordering through the perks app, and when I go to the drive thru I say I placed an order and stste my name the they say ah! Ok with a disgusting tone. I pay for my order ,I giving you my business for yrs ,I have a closer dunkin but I preffers your location to receive a poor treatment when I've never been rude. Same with I get my free drinks when I have it as part of the perks. And let me clarify that is always in the morning. Today her expresion and comments was very disrespectful made me feel like was a burden iu because I'm a regular custer? Or becase I been placng my order to pick up?. The person jas n accent and top thecone on the window was with an attitud too, as soon I started driving I looked back and catch thecperson givingg me a nasty look. Why is that? I don't wat to think is a racial issue. I hope this issue is fix because as I mentioned I been your customer for years. Thanks.

You guys just lost a great customer that usually comes 3 to 4 times a day so you all know me and I never had a bad experience everyone is usually nice well today talking to an older woman on the speaker and trying to get her to understand my order kept telling me yeah yeah yeah like she didnt want to hear me anymore like excuse me I'm sorry but to me that's very rude you don't say that it's like she did not care at all and going to the window she is rushing me yea I get it u guys get busy but there has been times I've waited awhile in line I'm sorry that lady needs customer service tips because she is horrible she also needs patients with working at a dunkin donuts now come on well I'm done going here it's a shame right down the street too oh well I'm just not going to be treated like that
