While the prices aren't what they once were, the food and service are still phenomenal. Asked for a military discount, but the manager was busy with an interview, and the cashier was unable to figure out how to give a discount. Told him that was fine and thanked him for trying. Instead, he threw in two fountain drinks at no charge and turned the large Cajun frie we ordered into a colossal frie. Dinner for 4.

When I go to 5 Guys I expect to over pay. Yes the burgers are very good. Worth it? Maybe. But at what point did the feel the need to add the option to tip? I think it is very unprofessional for this type of business to ask.

Normally, I love five guys under any circumstance and we've visited this location before and it was okay. But the most recent visit they didn't have any buns despite being in close proximity to grocery stores where they could substitute a lesser bun. That's kind of embarrassing mismanagement.

Just left after picking up dinner and it is not often you are greeted with such a friendly staff.No one was on their phones and everybody was so helpful and cheery. The gentleman at the register and the gentleman that offered me a bag for the peanuts was above and beyond courteous.

My kid loves Five Guys so we made a special trip since we live far from the closest five guys, this location. In the past this location has been great, but this visit was a hot mess. Firstly, the register clerk was so disinterested in taking our order I felt like leaving before the order was finalized. My group had five burgers, each one was misprepared vs what the slip said. We opted to eat as-is instead of wait for a recook. The ketchup was out and they said they'd "get around" to filling it up. They didn't before we were done and left. The freestyle soda machines, you know the ones that are supposed to pour perfect mixes? Both machines were dispensing nearly seltzer water. It was almost a comically tragic visit. The fries were OK, but they'd have been better with ketchup that didn't take a hundred packets to enjoy. Overall I'm probably not returning to this location again and instead opting to drive further to other locations.

I had the cheeseburger and it was cooked medium to medium rare. The fries were delicious and not very greasy. The service was excellent and the wait was seamless.
Chill place to eat! Food is always delicious, they accommodate to you! Especially since with a gluten allergy, they are happy to serve! 10/10!
