Went here with my best friend & the bathroom was nasty & there was water everywhere. The price was ridiculously high for 8pc meal & that didn't include drinks. On top of that they didn't have any refill.. Will not be back.

I have avoided writing a review as I had hoped things would improve unfortunately they have not. The only reason I still come here is my family, and I really enjoy KFC.Have had my order not correct or incomplete 3 out of 5 orders this year.I place my orders well in advance and arrive 10 to 20 minutes after the order is to be done per the app, and it is still not done.The last two times had to wait for biscuits. Are they eating them in the back? The last time they were made fresh but were stale?Only one around but buyer beware.

This KFC is the absolute PITS. I mean it's horrendous. Took an insane amount of time to get our food, with no update or apology from the people working here. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and only the hot water worked and it burned me. Avoid like the plague

I ordered two 2 piece white meals. I got dark meat in both, greasy, cold, biscuits gummy not done, ordered unsweetened tea and got sweet tea. An all around waste of money and a disappointment. I won’t be back. Ever.

A year ago, went to this KFC location and ordered through the drive-thru. They asked us to wait in the parking lot as some food was going to take a few minutes. We waited, waited, and waited. I finally went into the store after 15 minutes and they completely forgot about us and never made the food. I waited while they made it and the woman manager had an attitude. Flash forward to today and decided to give the restaurant another try as I had a relative from out of town that wanted to go to KFC. The dine-in portion of the restaurant was closed due to maintenance as the sign said so I went through the drive-thru as also requested on the sign. Ordered $62 worth of food on and the gentlemen asked me to wait in the parking lot as the nuggets would take a few minutes. The order did come out and he did bring the food to the car. Get home 15 minutes away and no fries in the bag which is on the order and yes, you guessed it, no nuggets. The very item they told us was holding up the order. This is the second time I've been disappointed and it is safe to say that I will not be eating at any KFC again no matter where.

This KFC is the worst one in the US and the ones I’ve visited in 8 different countries.I placed an online order on 9/10/23, at 5pm, to picked-up at 6:15pm.I ordered the 5 pc tender big box (5 tenders, fries, mashed potatoes, biscuit and soda), for which I paid $15.89.I got there at 6:15, got my food at 6:15, got to my friend’s house (they live 5 blocks away from this location).Most likely they prepared the order at 5pm because EVERYTHING was COLD AS HECK!.The tenders were coooold, the fries were coooold, the biscuit and mashed potatoes were coooold!. Only the soda was fine.I was so mad!…I called 3 times but they didn’t pick-up.I was going to go talk to the manager, who never looks happy, but my friend saw how mad I was and took my car keys away.I’ve been ordering from this place for so many years, since it’s about 2 minutes from my job, and I have had a few minor issues with them, but this is the last straw.Don’t these people realize that there are so many social media outlets where you can give them a review?.

Worst KFC I’ve ever been to. Crew smokes cigarettes and weed at door by the drive thru and gives 0 fks about you as a person or a customer. We make the drive to Perkiomen ave KFC for way better service and quality food away from riff raff like 5th st highway. If you’re thinking about dining there you better think again. Unless you’re one of their homies then you’ll probably get good service and a hook up.
