Omg this place is delicious! I heard all the hype about it and didn't believe it. I was wrong. so wrong. Their chop cheese was fresh, hot and Delicious the pinchos we're also Delicious a little heavy on the seasoning but I'd still buy it again the barbecue was tasty as well. And the fried oreos so warm and tasty. 10/10 recommend. Oh one more thing the bread from the pincho was absolutely another chef's kiss.

“Chopped cheese!” Is it all they say it’s cracked up to be? HELL NO! Just give me a twin cheeseburger because that’s all this is is just chopped up which is insane to me. We’re not talking about breaking the meat up like you were serving spaghetti or making sloppy joes. This sh is literally MUSH. Naw B. I’m good with this. The fries were good though. As you see, I almost finished them before taking the pictures. NO! I am not saying La Bodega’s food isn’t good. NO! I am not saying this place is bad, but I am saying that this and all other chopped cheese sandwiches from other places need to be taken off the menu. Definitely grab you the picadera and the cheesesteak those are my recommendations so far. Make sure you get their french fries which i deff love. They're thin cut like mcdonalds fries and taste great. Their yuca fries is my other recommended side for the picadera. I believe they have 3 different picadera combos. Im odd and like orejitas( i think thats pig ears but i really dont know) , longanisa, and deep fried chicken pieces. I like how the style of the cheese steak really reminds me of a nyc styled hero. They also make a bacon egg and cheese thats pretty good. On a roll or hero. Enjoy !

Whoever making the food, or sandwiches to be exact must lack common sense or just don’t know English. I ordered a chopped cheese with add ons (onions & jalapeño) how do you forgot the main ingredients that are suppose to come in the sandwich for example lettuce, tomato, mayo & ketchup but don’t forget the add ons? Isn’t that how you make a chopped cheese? Atleast that’s what your caption states those are the ingredients. it’s very disappointing when people lack common sense especially in a food industry! I could’ve made ground beef & bread at home had I knew it would be like that. Never ordering from this place again.

The girls were nice! I ordered a chop cheese , it was not a chop cheese. It was disgusting and disappointing. I drove an hr because of the hype on instagram. It was literally a beef sandwich, with more condiments than meat or even lettuce smh.

This will be my last time ordering from this place. I used to love this place. But lately I’ve been running into to many issues with them. I just ordered a Dominican yaroa con papa y pollo and got the complete opposite of what i ordered, y quemado pal colmo! And they only put cheese on it. They other day, they put too much cheese on it and it tasted awful. And just 2 weeks ago my boyfriend ordered a yaroa from their website and it never came and we called and they said we would get a refund in our account, and guess what? Still haven’t gotten that refund, and their morir soñando ? Tastes like a knock off brand to me. I recommend 4th & Penn. Their morir soñandos are amazing !‘ Este lugar es un disparate

I ordered 2 chicken chimes, a Cuban sandwich and a small picada and it was disgusting. The chimes had Lettuce instead of cabbage and tasted nasty . The fired pork in the picada was barely cooked and the tostones were big and fat barely fired . The only thing ok was the Cuban. Wouldn't recommend this place !
Sandwiches are usually pretty good however the pictures of them online look much better. If your looking for not your average sandwich this is the place to go

WORST SPOT EVER ! WE ORDER 3 BACON EGG AND CHEESE AND ONE WITH SALT PEPPER AND KETCHUP ALONG WITH ONE CUBANO ! SIMPLE order not hard at all. THEY PUT ajies whatever that is . So on the way home I realized they forgot the cubano it's my first time ordering from this place . I figured they might have put 2 sandwiches in one box . So I pull over see theres only 3 sandiwches didnt open the last one since I figured it was jus another bacon egg and cheese . Turn around get the cubano drive 20 minutes home to see they added banana peppers instead of salt and pepper . Then tell me we have to pay for a whole new sandwich because it's our fault that we didn't realize we forgot a sandwich and since it's already 20 mns they can't accept the bacon egg and cheese back that they messed up in the first place ? Also while speaking to the lady on the phone she's catching attitude trying to talk over me saying it's all my fault thats what I asked for . Worst place ever ! Don't even bother going here . Sandwich was okay not even great and it was 8$ a sandwich . ??????

I've been meaning to try this place for a while. I've recently tried their tripleta and cuban sandwich and it exceeded my expectations. I also had the tostones and I wasn't impressed but that was a me thing as I like mine really thin. Sandwiches were flavorful and worth the price. I was full on just 1/2 of one!
