Ordered Italian cheese bread. Normally they give you a sauce. Today they told me I had to pay for it. No worries. I got sauce at home. When I get home n look at the cheese bread. It was burnt n dry.

Don't do it to yourself. Ordered my pizza online..was suppose to be done in 15-20mins from the time I ordered..after 15mins I walked in to see 2 girls socializing in an empty store..sat down and after another 10mins I noticed that there was no progress after "in the oven, or w.e" asked about my order..after 10mins from there and the employees on their phones..I got my pizza..the dough was not properly cooked and it was chewy, especially the ends. Could imagine how long and disappointed I would be if it was actually busy from 4-7pm.

I tried to order a medium stuffed crust. I didn't know they came in large only..so whatever I got the large paid for it and there was no stuffed crust. I also ordered cheesy bread...well I got 3 soggy cheesy sticks. Tried to call the store I didn't feel like going back in after just working 12 hours..I'm very disappointed and pissed I want my money back

Called in at 5:00 for a 6:00 pick up and our food wasn't ready till 6:30. I understand the food industry but I did give 60 minutes to make 30 minutes of pizza.
I remember going to my first Little Caesar, when it was located inside of Kmart located in Muhlenberg off of 5th Street Highway. This one, off of Kutztown Road across from Hiester’s Bowling in Reading is the worst of the bunch. Their employees act like uncivilized monkeys! Multiple times they refused their own coupons from local school coupon books. Never go there again! The one in Sinky use to be the best, but - they unfortunately closed due to being a victim of Covid. If I am really hungry for one, I now travel to the one in Muhlenberg across from Target if I am in the area. Thank You for reading.
