We ordered out. I ordered shrimp lo mein. Husband had wonton soup, general tso chicken with white rice. I ordered for my mom shrimp chow mein. Mug husband and i enjoyed our meals. My mom didn't eat hers (as she had Chinese food earlier in the day, so she didn't want the food). I picked it up. When i got about 3 blocked away, i received a phone call from them because they forgot my egg roll. I went back for the egg roll and then woman apologized for forgetting it. I have 1 bad thing to say is, they charged a 3% surcharge for ordering either online or for using a debit card. Other than the 3% charge, we enjoyed our food and will return again.

Must try! Did not go inside, had delivery. Over the years in Exeter Township, we would alternate between China Penn, Joyful House in Douglassville, Best China Chef, and Family Garden in the city, the latter two being hit or miss for several months. I saw some positive local reviews for Lucky House and so glad I tried it. Recommend the teriyaki beef on a stick, General Tso’s chicken, and the shrimp roll had two decent size shrimp in it that were tasty. General Tso’s was super spicy. Despite that, it was light, crispy, flavorful, and just really good. It was fresh, didn’t stick together, and was not overcooked and dry like some we have had. Will definitely order from here next time.

I'm a Door Dasher and I've had quite a few orders to pick up here. Looking at reviews seems to be a good place to eat. I was very disappointed that I spent almost 30 bucks on tasteless wingetts not whole wings fried rice could have been better. Bourbon Chicken was not that at all it was Terriaki chicken not on the stick. Very pricey I will Never spend money at this place again. Very overrated!

Terrible, this is the 3rd time I ordered and they got my order wrong when I received the food, talk to a person for almost 10 mins and they gave me different options, I told them at the end that I wanted a large bourbon chicken with a large or fried rice, and no lettuce with the chicken and I received a large bourbon chicken with lettuce ans also the rice was small when intild them no lettuce and a large rice. Very disappointed.

My background is connected to J&W culinary school . We had a gourmet Chinese joint in Providence. In exeter we have china penn or Mandarin which both suck. I was pleasantly surprised with egg roll, beef stick, shrimp in broccoli & mom had sesame chicken. Mandarin leaves a sick feeling in my stomach after dinner . Lucky is good food and the delivery driver was so polite. Thx Lucky management.

Terrible, frazzled, barely can speak straight woman over the phone. If you have any questions about price or food, even if you're next door, the heaux will tell you you're too far away just because you're asking her to do her job. Man, y'all need to be in a different industry with y'all weird
Customer service horrible , terrible , they don’t great , I got yelled at twice , I ordered 2 separate orders it was over the phone at he pick up the lady was serving the rice I asked her ? is it me pork fried rice ? She answer yes . I told her that I don’t eat pork fried rice if she can please change it to vegetables fried rice she got mad ? . But she ended up making the vegetables fried rice , when I was ready to pay the husband was so mad too because I told him that I have to pay separate obviously it was 2 separate orders he told me that “next time you need to tell me that when placing your order , “he was so rude to me .Never again if I’m giving you my money I need respect Cos I work so hard for it !!!
