Had my third bad experience with Becky at the window at the Elizabeth Ave. location. She has problems hearing on her headset and when I went to the window to pay she gave me a lecture on how I need to speak properly. I called the manager and he responded back to me and told me she never spoke ill mannered to me. Lousy customer service. Then checked my order and they gave me the wrong order.

NEVER COMING BACK HERE. Rude customer service. I made an order today through the drive thru and waited 20 sum minutes to get my order. I went to ask the person that was carrying some orders to other people and she started to yell at me so I never got to ask her what I wanted. So I told her to get me the manager and she yelled out her name and slammed the drive thru window shut. So when the manager came it was worst no apologies and told me that she wasn't aware of it. I told her I was going to reach out to corporate to make them aware of this situation and her only response was ok. So I appreciate if you guys give me a call because this is unacceptable and the thing is I live a few blocks away from this McDonalds so now I have to drive up to next one so I won’t go through what I went over here.

I ordered 2 Fish Fillet Sandwiches on Friday, to be delivered. When it arrived there was 1 Quarter Pounder. Since it was a Friday in Lent, I was unable too enjoy the lunch that I had ordered.

They should really give a zero star this place cannot read the orders they do not do the orders right they put onions on mine and my husband's burgers when we specifically told him we were allergic to them The burgers were harder than an hockey puck I could have played hockey with them My dog didn't even want to have anything to do with them and they don't want to do anything about it they want you to run out of your way to fix their problems I will be contacting OSHA and better Business bureau and I bet you any money their place will get shut down cuz it is filthy as well and the people there just have attitudes like they're better than everybody and like dude you're working at McDonald's would never go to this place unless you want food poisoning

Worst McDonald's in Berks possibly anywhere. It's amazing how if you keep driving further down the street into Temple you will then come to one of the best McDonald's I've ever been to. 5th St McD's is total trash all the way around. STAY AWAY!!!

This is unacceptable!!! We pay a lot for fast food and we shouldnt have to do mobile app go all the way home to then find out Buns were charred black underneath. I was furious and the fact I had to run back over there made me more angry. They gave us new ones at the drive through that were exactly the same way only leading me to go inside to talk to a manager that decided to give me an attitude rather make it right. She then proceeded to give us new ones with untoasted buns and dried ketchup and mustard when in fact my order from the very beginning was specifically no onions no mustard. I am so disgusted with this location it may just be my last time going there. Unacceptable and unprofessional!!!

We came through the drive thru at 2:30 am,considering it says open 24 hrs,and were told that they were closed..I can understand needing time to reboot the system and prepare for breakfast, but that's supposed to be from 3 til 4..

Bathrooms are DISGUSTING. Waited in the lobby for 15 minutes exactly with no one even to greet us yet alone take our order so we ended up going out through the drive-through- only to be told to pull in parking spot# 2 for 13 minutes (exactly 13 min. No lie) for ONE mcchicken and a 4pc happy meal. The minute they brought the food out to the car- my daughter took out a fry- The employee was not even back in the building, yet, and the french fry was ice cold. How does something take 13 minutes to make, only for it to still be cold?! This is not the first bad experience I have had at this location. The employees are extremely rude., The food is never hot, but unfortunately, I have a child that does enjoy her chicken nuggets. So I always have to go home and re-warm up the food, even though I live exactly 5 minutes away from this location. Highly recommend driving the extra couple minutes to go to the other McDonald's down the road. it is absolutely pathetic to think it's a fast food restaurant and you can't even get one meal done correctly
