They were Busy, Big Busy. Both Drive Thru lines were packed and the wait was fairly long. Team members were very polite and maintained a calm, pleasant demeanor which I really appreciated. Unfortunately my mobile order was missing some key items so I had to get back in line. The Drive Thru was cleared out thankfully. I shared that my order was wrong and I was told to pull to the 2nd window. The wait to the window was again backed up ?. I decided to place a call to speak with the manager out of desperation. I spoke with one of the Managers Kristen and let's just say... she made it right. She was apologetic and admitted that it was busier than normal. The food was fresh! Thank You

Overheard employees making racist comments and saying weird things about customers. This one specific girl had an attitude the whole time taking my order along with the others. Most disrespectful employees I have encountered. They made a fuss about giving us sauces saying we had to pay for them. Since when do you have to pay for sauces at a mcdonalds? Do not recommend eating here.

Staff were rude, & unprofessional. We ordered 10 sauces for 5 people & they said we had to pay extra, when on the kiosk it’s free. Employee gave me attitude when I asked for my sauces & told me she couldn’t give me extra because I had to pay. Wouldn’t recommend this McDonalds.

During a work-related outing, we decided to visit a fast-food restaurant to purchase 12 sausage McMuffins for breakfast.Upon placing our order for 12 sausage and egg McMuffins, the reaction from the front staff member was notably unwelcoming. She expressed surprise and reluctance, questioning our need for 12 items and showing visible annoyance at having to prepare the order.Given that this is a fast-food establishment, it was unexpected and disappointing to encounter such a response, especially considering the early hour and the lack of a crowd. We had assumed that an order of this size would be manageable without issue.This experience, particularly the poor service we received from the cashier with blue hair, has dissuaded us from returning to this location in the future.

Placed an online order and had to wait for my order for 30+ minutes and it was completely wrong when I got it. They asked me to pull over to the side so they could fix it and forgot I was there. I had to get out my car and walk to the drive thru window to remind them that they left me there. Total disaster, never going to that McDonalds again.

Awesome mcdonald’s. Been a regular for years. Nothing but good experiences here. Diet coke is amazing here!To the person that was confused why they were charged more… I literally did the math and that’s exactly how much you were supposed to be charged. You can look on the app. Please do not insult the employees and saying they deserve minimum wage for minimum effort when it was clear you didn’t even calculate your total correctly.(4x Egg Muffin at 4.79 a piece)(4x Hashbrown at 2.79 a piece)30.32 before tax.I hope your next experience there turns out better though! Just a kind reminder to be nice to those working, I’m sure it’s not an easy job. (Yes I love McDonalds too much, it’s amazing)
