usually a buss , but this time It was not satisfied. this time ray broke my trust. I ordered a boli and it wasn't fully cooked. My name is BigDaveIsFat and I am in search of the best Meatball Sub made by a greasy spoon in Reading, Pa. Up next is Ray’s. The sandwich was darn near perfection. It came in a container as opposed to be wrapped in foil. This is always an advantage because no one likes to pick cheese that’s stuck on foil. As you can tell from the pictures this wasn’t a poorly made sandwich. The amount of sauce was great and the sauce is damn good. In fact, I don’t particularly care for sauce because most are NASTY, but the sauce at Ray’s is excellent. So good that for the first time in more than 30 years. I will order a cheesesteak and get sauce on it. I sure hope the same recipe is used each day because I will be back. The roll wasn’t as toasted as I would like. It still had a little bend to it and I prefer it to be toasted, toasted. Anyway, there was a good amount of cheese and it was neatly kept inside the roll. Upon taking my first bite, I noticed that the meatballs were of the smaller size. That was a good thing because you get meatball in every bite. However, the meatballs were tasteless. They weren’t seasoned like the others were and although the sauce was great, not having a seasoned meatball to go with it, brought the quality of this sub down a bit. Overall, I think Ray’s meatball sub is a good one and should be eaten by many. My name BigDaveIsFat and my name says it all. “Get your grub on!”

I order to pick up and i got there pizza was suppost be 2 with pepperoni but it was not like that one was burn i told him and he reply oh you want it raw . What a jerk .i told him oh yeah guess what keep your pizzas you eat it . I left both pizza there and i thank God i did not pay them nothing i just walk out and order pizza from other pizzaria and those people made the perfect pizza ..I strongly do not recommend Ray pizza they are rude and unprofessional with costumers. Really really rude.

Didn't have Sicilian pizza and when I ordered I ask for mushrooms got 3 slices of pizza with pepperoni instead that is not mushrooms and was almost10 minutes
Never will order from them again. They ignore special instructions. I asked and paid for a soda and was given a water. My sandwich wasn't made how I asked. Complete waste of money. Couldn't even enjoy the food. It was overcooked and dry.

I've been to a lot of pizza place, and Ray's has the #1 stromboli. When you order a large it is a large. Cheese all the way to the edges toppings properly placed and fresh. Also the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. When you walk in you immediately get a pizza shop feel and they have an Easy-to-Read menu.
