Aug. 9 my granddaughter age 9 was with me to do some school shopping and i surprised her with a Starbucks drink. We ordered but sadly two employees were very rude to both my granddaughter and I. In today’s world it’s sad to say customer service sucks everywhere.

I was walking into the Starbucks and someone almost pushed me over to get to their coffee and then when I got up there the person serving me my. Coffee was Rude and started cursing at me. I wish I could have had a refund. I called corpet and they said they'd do something about it but I haven't gotten any refund or anything I will never come back to the. Its a Starbucks. Slow service and not very friendly like most others. DD atleast says good morning and thank you. They are also very clueless most times when ordering simple drinks. Its like they need to make things complicated.
