Ate here earlier today & had two problems. 1. I walked in with my friend & the lady didn't even greet us!2. The first thing we saw was how one of the sandwich prep tables has a steel cover on it that blocks the view of the lunch meat, for crying out loud!What manager in their right mind orders a cooler with a steel top blocking the view of a customers item when your business specializes in making sandwiches?! What a horrible reflection of Subway. Shame on this store

I wasn't going to say anything but this last time was the final straw. I placed an online order and paid. Order showed that it was complete. Stopped to pick it up and doors were locked and store was dark. I called and there was no answer. So now I'm out my reward dollars as well as the balance remaining.Never know if the store is going to be open. Employee smokes in the kitchen with the door propped.Best to just go to anther location.I couldn't find a number to call that I could get a live person at Subway corporate so I ended up sending a message through the website.Went back to the location late in the day and they were open. Was told that They didn't know how to issue a refund and that the manager wouldn't be in until the morning. Or I could "Call Corporate". Waited until the next day when they were supposed to be open and of course no one answers the phone

I went to this subway location and overheard the staff arguing, saying, "You're not my, boss. It was a man up front talking down to and older ladyThe lady went to the back and the guy that was up front never greeted us at the door. " So we left and went to Jr"s pizza and received good service.

I used the subway app. To order 2 sandwiches on March 5th. Everything went through and I used a gift card to pay. When I went to pick up my order they told me they couldn't make my sandwiches because they were out of bread. I asked for my money back onto the gift card they said they could not. A phone number to get my money back. Well good luck with that. I now know how Subway became a multi Millon dollar company. By ripping off their customers. I for one will never eat another Subway sandwich. I hope you all stop also.

Stay away. We ordered two sandwiches online. When we got there they were out of bread and would not refund our money. I've been dealing with customer service that's like pulling teeth still did not get a refund. The manager told me to call this number she gave me it don't even exist. I read the reviews on their website it looks like they're out of food all the time.

Went there ordered two sandwiches online. When we went there to pick him up the gentleman told us that they were out of bread . He did not give our money back he said he couldn't . Not even a gift card . I called the manager the next day she gave me a phone number to call that didn't even exist . I want online to make a complaint , that's like pulling teeth someone told me that they were going to send me a gift card never did . This place stoled our money. If you go on their website we are not the first ones it's multiple complaints of the same reason . I wish I would have read the reviews first .

Don't go there they do not refund money for not making sandwiches because they are out of things. They give you a phone number that you will never get a chance to speak to any one. Just stay away from Subway altogether that is my recommendation. Go to a mom and pop sandwich place they won't rip you off.

This place is horrible. We got there for our online order and they were out of bread. They told us to call customer service to get a refund. They already took $11.91 offer gift card. And would not refund it I called the manager twice and she said to call customer service and gave us the wrong number. It's not even a number for customer service you have to write to them on the website. I wrote six times now and got no response. Stay away from this Subway it is a rip off they will steal your money. Honestly the owner must not care either.. I posted both receipts and did not receive the order
