Seriously. It doesn't get better than this for a chain for Ribs and Brisket. Cheesecake excellent, too. A bit pricey, though. But big portions. However, the Turkey... avoid it. Dry and tasteless. Take it off the menu!

Tonight I gave them a second chance and only because my son was paying for it. Awful again. No matter if you pick your food up or delivered not good at all. Their wings have no flavor at all and tried 2 different flavors with sauce on the side and on the wings. Fries taste like school lunch fries and not even warm. Best part of the meal was the lemonade and it was not delicious. Will not give a 3rd try.

Wings tasted & looked like you grabbed the cheapest frozen wings from a grocery store and cooked them, then microwaved them after to keep them warm.

This place totally sucks! They boast 50 flavors- well the two that I chose would have been nice. I received my order of dry, plain, half cooked wings and I am NOT HAPPY. Don't bother ordering from here the "experience" is horrible. Just go to the grocery store and make your own wings and save your self a boat load of dough.

My Husband and I always stay at the Homewood Suites which is very close This Smokey Bones is very close to our hotel, when we attend the Berks Jazz Fest. We stopped there after checking in at the hotel for a drink on our way to the concert. All of their staff is great, but we have never eaten there before, they are open later than many area restaurants so I suggested that we eat dinner there after the concert. Not a mistake, the food is very good for a chain restaurant, the staff though short staffed coming out of COVID are on the ball and really on top of their game. Our food was hot, fresh and really great for a chain rib joint. We ordered onion rings for an app, huge and hot and crunchy with nice dipping sauces. Husband ordered the pulled pork entree and couldn't finish it, it tasted it and it was decent, I ordered a new grilled shrimp entree and it was awesome, there were at least twelve shrimp with the sides all just extremely tasty. I cannot eat a lot at one time any longer and I made sure to finish those shrimp, they were a very reasonablelypriced right now and were quite delicious the sides I ordered were the fire roasted corn, which is off the cob and their cole slaw. The corn was interestingly good, the slaw although good was more mayo than I like. Husband really enjoyed his pulled pork platter, however, neither of us could finish our entire dinners. Our Server Colleen was so awesome and I can't say enough about her dedication. Long story short, for a chain restaurant, this location is well run at a decent price with attentive staff and good food in a nice atmosphere. I always use Trip Advisor when planning a vacation or a weekend trip and even in my area I read restaurant reviews, I find Trip Advisor to be a reasonable gauge overall to make an informed decision on where I chose to spend my money and have relied on their website for valuable advice based upon viewer reviews.

The wings were ok...nothing write home about. There were really no choices for spicy options- mainly sweet. Spiral fries were too salty, but the fried oreos were good. The food was just thrown in the containers...maybe I need another experience with the wings?
