My husband and I use to go here often years ago but it’s a good drive for us so we don’t get there often now but we were in area so we decided to go. I got a wrap w/fries, he got a burger w/fries and we got the crab dip for app. Now we ALWAYS got and LOVED their crab dip..it’s honestly what we always compared other restaurant crab dip to..no one’s could ever beat the Pikes tho. Today? Absolutely horrible…it just wasn’t the same flavor wise, burned on top and it just wasn’t the same as years ago. Burger had zero flavor, my wrap was ok…both our fries came out brown..like dark brown…clearly fries in old oil and the taste confirmed it. This place has went downhill and it’s sad. The waitress was lovely though and very on top of things…absolutely nothing negative to say about our service..just the food.

they charge more for the price 10 dollars for normal box and they charge extra on the cards 1 dollar for using a card they have to stop the scam ☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️

Can I give a zero? No silverware, no refills, kept asking us if we were okay but we had nothing, no appetizer, no salads. Hubby's steak was not made as ordered and my mahi was dried out and burnt. We were never offered refills until we were ready to pay the bill. We reminded the waitress that we never got our salads and didn't want them at this point as we were done with our meals, so we asked if that would be reflected in our bill. We were told no, salads are free with the meal so no reduction in the bill. WHAT? You never brought our salads and we're done eating. Your mistake, not ours. She did NOTHING to redeem that less than stellar experience. A teeny bit of customer service could have turned that around, but nope! I'm not sure how there are so many good reviews. Poor service AND the food was seriously lacking and the place was dead, so they couldn't even blame it on being busy. Won't be going back.
