The atmosphere with the enclosed porch is the best part about this place. The food is consistently made incorrectly, the staff are never held accountable, and I can count on one hand the number of times I have waited for more than 30 minutes for my meal (I say one hand because I have stopped going). I stopped once in a pinch for a soda and, I kid you not, it took them 13 minutes to even acknowledge that I was standing in front of the counter even though the staff AND manager were standing there on their phones and talking away.This location leaves so much to be desired, which is sad for a fast food establishment but better for the belt line

Nothing but dumb ghetto trash working here. Order is wrong evertime, Tonight people almost got hurt bunch of idiots.They Forgot half my order and messed up what they did give me, So I wait in the drive thru line again,I Tell them what I'm missing they basically don't belive me so I hand them the bag back to see what they messed up and the dike girl says why you give the kids meal back that was right, That was the only thing that was right except they forgot the drink that went with it. Five minutes goes by guy opens window and asks me what I want to do, Do your damn job and give me my order thats what I want you to do moran. How you forget four drinks a sandwich and give me the wrong amount of nuggets and wrongs size fries, I neve ever encountered this kind of ridiculousness in my life I now understand why people climb in the drive thru windows and beat people.

Food is pretty consistent and overall good. The wait for the drive through on the other hand is a different story so I just go inside most of the time and it seems to be quicker. The attitude of the employees is the biggest issue I have.

Drive thru always takes forever. The lady at the window was so rude. When I got up to the window they told me they were out of spicy nuggets and asked if I would like to wait, when I said yes they got annoyed and said really you want to wait. Would not recommend as there are plenty of other locations not far.

My tab for 2 small frosties was $4.64. I gave $5.14. The girl looked at my money, got out her phone calculator, then called over another worker, who called over yet another. The window opened after at least 5 min, and I was given a nickle. I told them I am due 50 cents, to which one of the three said, "just give her the 50 cents!" They couldn't even do the math with a calculator!!!

Ordered the new pretzel double bacon sandwich and the bacon they put on were tiny broken pieces barely any bacon. It's pretty sad. Either the employee was too lazy to replenish or they are just cheap woth their sandwich. The first thought is 90% the reason. Fries were bland no salt soda was flat as usual.
