Lancaster ave. Reading PA. Worse service I ever received at any Wendy's. Waited over 10 minutes at speaker to order with only one car at window ahead of me and still Noone answering me at speaker. Drove up to window and waited even longer. Left and went to Wendy's in west reading where the service was great. Wont be going to lancaster ave ever.

Watch out ladies. I was asked 3 different ways if i was single by a drive through employee. The whole situation made me feel like a piece of meat. Will not be eating here again. Management- if he is treqting women this way during a 2 minute interaction, how is he treating the women he works with everyday?

Went to Wendy's this morning for breakfast, and had to wait awhile for two chicken and biscuit sandwiches. When I got home I was disappointed because one of the sandwiches, the chicken was so small, it's half the size of the normal piece. I did get it with the bogo, but just because it's free don't mean you gotta short change me. This location has been servicing very poorly, if things don't change they may Wind up like like burger King, who have closing down left and right.

The service was so slow, there was even a door dasher that was waiting for an order for over an hour amd had to actually call Doordash to explain what was taking so long. Even after waiting for 35 minutes to get food it wasn't even fresh or even barely warm.

Not enough staff. Stood in line 20 minutes waiting to have my order taken, in the middle of the day on a Saturday. Drive through was moving fast. I ended up leaving without any food.

The food wasn't bad but this Wendy's is not very clean. Tables aren't wiped, there is stickiness on the floor and counter tops. I stood there for a good bit of time before ever being waited on too. Pull up your socks.
