I work in the same shopping plaza, so while on my lunch break I placed my order online to try and save on time. I ended up having to wait the same if not longer than just going inside. The food was hot but swimming in so much mustard I couldn't eat it.

literally the worst ever ??? kid at the window couldn't add a lemonade to the order, forgot to even add my meal at all, told me to go back around the long line and said i wouldn't have to if i let him hit my vape . on top of all that the line was literally a mile long for nothing don't even know wht i expected from this trash excuse for a place to get food. i hope yall get closed down and that the kid at the window never gets another job ever have fun in ur permanent career at wendys

This was the WORST Wendy’s that I have ever been to. The cashier, Ymir, I believe was very kind & he also let us know beforehand that he was new, which was nice. He also helped out this old guy because he spilt his drink and he was the ONLY worker to help him. Anyways, the food came out and my burger was messed up THREE times. There was no reason for my burger to be messed up that many times. And it wasn’t even a hard thing to do. It was a baconator with mayonnaise & that’s it. Despite the cook’s messing up the food, the cashier, Ymir, got blamed for it! All I heard was them talking bad about him despite everyone else messing up. Ymir spoke up for himself and the next thing we knew, the skinny Hispanic guy was trying to fight him. Thankfully there were no kids there, but what if there were? None of the other workers tried to diffuse the situation, instead they all watched. That shows that they have no type of decorum or respect for one another. I will be contacting corporate because that was just ridiculous.

I'll start out nicely... my cashier was nice & requested patience since he just started. Tamir got our order and rewards program entered correctly. But the grill crew continuously got our food wrong. It appears ? that even a supervisor was helping & things still came out WRONG. I don't recommend this location bc the staff got into a crazy argument at the counter. I don't think Big Dave would be happy with this restaurant?!

Place is a dump. They have three people working here and the wait is outrageous. Took 15 minutes to order and 30 to get our food. The drive though line was huge too.Almost all the sodas as out. No diet drinks at all. No lids for cups.
