Guy on mic was too quiet and awkward. We got the wrong drink. My sandwich didn't have the ranch on it. My fries weirdly tasted like flowers. Should went to sonic. Will try this location again in 2 years. Just like last time.

Had to wait like 7 -10 minutes at the drive thru window. And the food wasn't even hot. I expected it would be hot for the length of time we had to wait. Not happy. Didn't even let us know what was going on.

Out of almost all drinks. Waiting 30 minutes for 3 things and staff is rude (and arguing in plain view) The staff that IS helpful looks so defeated. The fries were cold and they ultimately forgot about our order.

It's not just this place, but most fast food places anymore aren't "fast". Drive thrus take much longer than they used to. Even 2 cars deep takes 10 mins of waiting at the very least.Kid-friendliness: Happy mealsParking: A lot of spaces

Cold burgers, sloooow service, terrible......2 burgers both cold, not cool, actually cold.We had to wait 5-10 minutes at drive thru to place the order. Not because it was busy, just waiting with nobody in front of us. Then we get cold burgers that have been sitting for who knows how long.I'd give it 0 or worse if I could.I won't be going back.

My order was two plain beef patty inside a bun. The order arrived only two patty inside container. I asked to put it inside the bun. They put it in a bun. My order arrived two cold, stale(salty) beef patty and an untoasted bun which crumbled as I was eating the sandwich. I asked one of the employee twice if the bun should have been toasted and twice the employee answered "NO they don't toast the bun". I just had a sandwich at another location and THE BUN IS TOASTED, THATS WHAT KEEPS THE BUN NOT TO CRUMBLE. I also noticed alot of unprofessional kissing going on there. Also one utensil fell on the floor and the employee picked it up and put it back where it fell from. TERRIBLE PLACE, BAD SANDWICHES AND UNPROFESSIONAL CREW.

manager was the most rude person i’ve ever encountered, biggest attitude ever. said thank you and she replied with “yep” not to mention the food was terrible. never coming back

Terrible. Biggest bunch of burn outs I've ever seen. The curly hair gentleman seemed like he was too high to take the order. Order was wrong and cold. Even got it wrong when I ordered it to go and they set it up for eat in. If I ever go back, I guess I need to check the order. This place just really sucks

I would recommend to the owner that they visit and eat at their own stores at least once a week. Ownership presence is very helpful, it is why Chick A Filet does better than most fast food restaurants.

The staff here were very nice bc who likes to encounter grumpy staff! I liked the 4 for $4 deal and I can say that I tried the strawberry frostie and lived ? I'll stick with chocolate!

By far one of the worst Wendy's to ever go to people there are just rude and act like they don't wanna be here, they are very slow, and the food is cold and my drink was warm! Then right before I left I asked for sauce 3 girls all looked at me then just walked away I had to yell into the store of one of them to say hello and finally get me my sauce don't recommend going to this location
