Missing items from order / rude service. it seems like if there's any issues with your order they like to make it your issue. The food was great, but sadly I did not receive items I paid for and was ignored when I asked about them.
it's been almost 2 months and I've yet to receive my refund. it's ridiculous the amount of times I've had to call/ go on the wingstop website. Your representatives seem nothing but confused every single time I call.. "you will receive the refund in 4-5 hours" "you should receive it in about 5 days" "Were not supposed to say how long"

I'll give the rating 2 stars because I haven't tried the food yet.. I hope franchisee reconsiders who is assisting him run this operation. This place isn't even new anymore.. no matter what time of day I walk in... They always say 45min wait... Being in this industry myself. This place 100% lacks leadership.... They just have the "managers" / key holders. I'll just continue to grab wings from the local pizza shops or Popeyes until this place can get their act together...

First time I walked in on this location and wing stop as a whole....If I could give it zero stars I would. Nothing is worse then walking in a restaurant to see if you can get a bite to eat after a hard day at work, just to watch wing stop employees rush to clean at 11:35pm joking around and shouting "It's to late to take orders!". This location closes at 12am btw. This location rather hook up young teenagers with a free drinkthann servicing paying customers. I guess I'm eating at McDonald's ?.

Do not bother with this place. We ordered two combo meals, both with fries as sides and did not receive either order of fries. There was also a bite out of one of the wings (not to mention they’re tiny, dry, and expensive). When I called the store to express my concerns, the worker who originally answered was extremely rude saying she “prepared the order herself” and immediately hung up on me. I normally would give the benefit of the doubt at most places; but for the overpriced, below-average food and terrible service, I would steer clear.

Very slow, ordered online and said it would take 40 minutes. Got there and waited another 40 minutes and they did not have all the food in the bag, staff was not welcoming. Do not recommend. 1 star is too high!

Walked in and they had us wait 2 minutes for the employees to stop talking with each other. And they missed 2 things in our order. We ordered 45 minutes ahead and they still left out food out of our order. Will never go back ever again. And I used love wing stop. Very disappointed. If I could rate a negative star review I would.

These people have to get it together. Always waiting an hour with my food. Today the system went down and waited in total and hour and a half. I had to go to a person for help meanwhile they helped everyone but me. I had to jump in to get thr gitl to writr down my order. It is always something with these people.

Complete waste of 30 minutes and $22 dollars ! I ordered 6 wings and two baskets of fry’s. We waited 30 minutes for them to come out cold and soggy after I had ordered them extra crispy..staff refunded my money but only after another ten minutes of waiting. Completely overpriced and overrated!
Service is really bad. Online order says 16-21 minutes. Took 50 minutes to get cold food. Got incorrect order too. Shillington location.

Absolutely will never ever again go here ever again. I'm obsessed with wings... literally it's a wing place I shouldn't be waiting 30 to 40 mins on my wings. Stood there waiting for my order they putts around never again ever ever again.Now that I have eaten their food... the wings are dry the flavor not consistent and the sugar fried are disgusting. The tea also tasted a little weird maybe you guys need to clean out the valves... we paid 42$ which was literally 1 min per dollar we waited for our food.Never again. First time and last time
