Grounding is one of Red Lion’s best-kept secrets. Everything is real and fresh. I tried the granola bar for the first time today and it was great. My go-to is the chai latte-delicious, not-too-sweet, and authentic. Staff is always personable and the atmosphere is truly “grounding.”

I would like to see your business succeed. You have a beautiful facility. However, you need to learn how to make a decent Chai tea latte. Mine was 1) barely warm, 2) barely flavored ... tasted like lukewarm water, 3) you had no vanilla flavoring available and 4) very small quantity for the price.

Very cool atmosphere. Our drinks were lovely and it seemed like they have some more unique flavors we'd like to try. They also have smoothies, pastries, salad, and acai bowls.

Just visited Grounding for the first time with my husband and 2 grown kids. First thing I'd like to say is the environment was very healthy for 2 of us with sensory issues. The lighting is warm and not harsh, has a quiet library-like feel, the brick feels earthy and grounding and the view through the many windows is lovely. They did a beautiful job of creating a peaceful and absolutely beautiful space. Our family is vegan so we appreciated the choice of non dairy milks, and the coffee and chai were delicious. The baked goods were on the dry side, but I don't think they make them there and we were there at the end of the day, so maybe in the morning they would be better. We definitely plan to go to the Tuesday game nights. Glad to have something fun to do in the area in an environment that feels really good!

Wow! Right next to the Red Lion Mile (walking/biking path) is a very attractive coffee cafe. Many large windows. Brinwalls. Plenty of seating, including the second floor. The building was an old boiler room. Beautiful. Tasteful. And by the way, great coffee.

Many moons ago, when I was a wee lass growing up nearby, if you had told me there'd be a cool coffee shop in Red Lion, I would have laughed and laughed and laughed. But fast forward to today: there is! My mom told me about how much she liked Grounding, and they were open on Christmas Day, so I stopped by to check them out. It's located in a renovated old factory attached to a brewery. The inside is very cozy and rustic. There is seating upstairs and downstairs. They had books and games available, as well as free wi-fi. The 2 guys that were working were very friendly, even asking if we enjoyed everything as we were leaving. The light snacks and lattes we got were delicious. My only problem is that this place is very expensive.
