ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS! We ordered here because it’s one of the closest Chinese restaurants, and have ordered here before with no problem. Tonight, we ordered some spring rolls along with our meal. As soon as we bit into them we could tell they were rotten and unsafe to eat. Immediately we knew the cabbage was at least rotten which was enough for us to immediately spit out whatever we had left in our mouths. The smell alone was enough to make us throw up. Upon further inspection we saw two large pieces of something that didn’t look like it belonged. Once we took it out of the spring roll we were able to tell it was a bug or fly of some sort. There were two that we could find in two separate spring rolls. I’m not able to describe how terrible these things smelled let alone tasted. We will never be back here, and highly recommend you stay far away from this place unless you’re in the mood for some dead flies.

I don't understand the negative comments because we have never had anything bad here, and we come often. Can't beat the price either. A 3 combo is $11.99 and it's beyond enough to share. Just be prepared to wait in line because they stay busy. Well worth it though.

Bought mushroom chicken from the cold case. There was no chicken. I approached the girl on the counter and told her. Her reply " When you buy from out there, you get what you get." So they misrepresented what they are selling then more or less said sorry about your luck. Not even an apology. I love Giant but how can they let a company operating out of one of their stores treat their customers like that. I even spoke to a Giant manager and her attitude was more dismissive then the Chinese food carry out.

Some of the best Chinese food around, at a decent price. You can get it from the hot bar inside of giant, or you can order ahead and pick it up there. The line for the hot bar is usually pretty long, so be prepared to wait. They always have delicious food and decent prices. Many options.

It's the "Kitchen" next to the deli at Giant, although they are an independent entity just renting the space. It's definitely worth the usually-long line. For about $12 you pick 3 items and they seem to cram as much of the 3 items you pick into the styrofoam container as much as humanly possible which I appreciate. They have menus and you can order in advance many items you wouldn't find in the large hotbar, such as mei fun. You get what can be 2-3 meals for the price of one. It's some of the best Chinese I've had in the area, even though it's a takeout-only kitchen inside the back of a Giant grocery store. Highly recommended.

I always get food here from the hot box maybe twice a month! Today I went and the vibe was definitely off...I didn't pay it any mind but I should have. The LoMein was dry(not usual), Egg roll was Gross, Teriyaki chicken was light colored it all was lacking the usual flavor! My moms bourbon chicken was burnt! Everything was lacking Flavor big time! I don't know if they changed hands or what because trust me it is not the same at all!! Unfortunately this would be my last time eating there! This is for the one located on East York Giants!

Love the food. But your cashier tonight is a no go. She rolled her eyes when I asked her to do something and then had an attitude after that. People like her will cause me to not go back.
