Absolute objective review, Starbucks customer for 20 years, travel all over and not asking for anything out of the ordinary. I have the displeasure of frequenting this location. I order basic items, this place is by far the worst Starbucks I have been to in most of the United States.Horrible service, orders always wrong and the condescending attitude you get when politely asking for a correction is beyond comprehension. They don’t read instructions and can’t even put a lid on right.I have been in Starbucks 10x busier and they have all this staff that can’t handle anything and are beyond disorganized.The wait time is also outrageous any time of day or night.I have tossed $20.00 in items and walked out. That tells you all you need to know.Finally. not the locations fault - but this parking lot and the safety factor, insane.Go down the road to Limerick if you want Starbucks, better service and employees that work hard and smart - they are always kind.

When i went inside the store, no one was at the register. I ordered two hot chocolates and they were cold when I for them. I will not be going back to this location again.

They always take FOREVER to make drinks. I mobile ordered 25 minutes ago and my drink isn’t ready. there is no one in the store and the workers have no sense of urgency. they are also rather rude with the exception of one barista.

Extremely overpriced “coffee” that doesn’t even taste good. I gave 2 stars because their cookies are really good, so that is usually the only thing I ever buy. Not sure why so many people are so obsessed with their drinks, but I guess everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

Nearly EVERY single time I am here, there seems to be an issue. I visit daily, they know exactly what I want to order because I order the exact same thing every time I come in. It almost feels intentional when they make drinks incorrectly with how consistently i order the same thing and almost every time the drink tastes or looks different. the way they carry themselves it makes me feel guilty for even attempting to point out a mistake. To them and feel like I'm being mean when I simply want my drink to taste the same as it should every time. Eye rolls and dirty looks from every person, and I order a drink the way I do because I don't want to be charged for something I'm not ordering, yet they cancel the order I made and ring it up another way, because it's "easier" for them, yet they just deleted my whole order to ring up differently? Making it a bigger task anyway. Not a single other shop I have gone to has made a fuss about the way I order a drink and its only this location that has a problem. It's so rude how I'm treated here and it feels very unwelcoming of an environment

I understand they get busy, but for the exception of one worker, they always treat us with rude and disrespectful conversation. I asked if the barista who started my drink could finish it since it had been sitting in the blender for 3 minutes and she was just opening empty bags, her response and comments were so agressive and unnecessary it was shocking. It wasn’t busy. There wasn’t a huge line and I wasnt rude whatsoever. This isn’t the first time either that they’ve been horrible, they need to rethink their customer service.
