Ordered 3 crunch wraps and they were the worst I ever had. They must of ran out of most of the ingredients because all they had was lettuce, load with Cheese wiz and sour cream. After one bite I threw all of them away. You all should be ashamed of yourselves calling this mess food.

Wrong order, terrible service thru drive thru. Drink was only 3/4s full. Ordered a steak burrito combo and was given some other borrito, no idea what. Asked for hard taco got a soft one. My name was on the bag so it wasn't somebody else's order. Very bad. Don't come here.

Stopped to get food for my husband the kids. I asked for 3 grilled cheese burritos, a Doritos taco and 3 large Baja Blasts with no ice. I'm not sure if I was charged for the larges (was not given my receipt) or not. When I got home the husband said the drinks were in fact mediums. I definitely wasn't going to make a big deal and run back down from Pottstown. It's just something that I will have to watch next time.

Ordered a Cantina quesadilla combo. The cantina quesadilla is supposed to have cheese on the outside, it didn’t. It was supposed to come with a taco, instead I got plain tortilla chips. It was supposed to come with guacamole, instead I got nacho cheese and to top it all off the quesadilla wasn’t even cut. Not to mention I waited 15 minutes for this garbage. This place needs to be shut down.

Avoid at all costs.I just had an experience where the "Manager" looked at my incorrect order and then berated me for wasting his time by complaining about it. He refused to correct it or refund.It wasn't even cooked. The cheese wasn't melted. Come on this is basic stuff. Is that even safe?

Worst Taco Bell ever. We were treated so poorly by a guy at the drive thru. He yelled at us and told us to leave because he thought we were scamming him. I don’t need to scam anyone for a meal at Taco Bell. Stay away from this location. Go the extra miles to Phoenixville or trooper road.

To be honest I love this place. The chicken is more tender than my girls tits. And the Mac n Cheese hits the fucking spot I see why everyone like this place.
If you actually want meat on your Taco Bell I suggest you find a different place. Even though I'm down the road from this location, I now drive to pheonixville for better quality and prices.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband went there today and spent $60 in drive thru and they literally left out whole meals and part of meals. He knows he should have checked it but he was in a hurry. I tried to call and phone just rings and goes to an unspecified voicemail. Never again.

Ordered a Mexican pizza here drive thru because I normally get it in phoenixville where it's absolutely delicious but I can't say the same for here in royersford. The Mexican pizza tasted & smelled horrible, only surprisingly managed to eat 2 but the 2 hard shell Dorito tacos were good and that's why there's 2 stars. Baja blast was good too.

The absolute worst KFC/Taco Bell ever they over charged me $2 for food and wouldn’t even give me a receipt to see how much everything was individually I called back to talk to the manager and was denied the receipt again and talked to very rudely this place absolutely sucks I’ve been here several times and every time things are either wrong or cold and I never get a receipt and now I’m wondering if they have done this more than once to me by stealing a dollar or 2 thinking people won’t notice I added my order up and it was under $2 even with tax I will be talking to cooperate this place needs to be shut down if they don’t know how run a store the workers are absolute trash don’t know how to run a store and don’t know how to deal with customers YALL SUCK
