Ordered a pizza over the phone for pick up. Sat for an hour on-site waiting for it, asked twice. They had it stashed on top of the pizza oven! Tried to give it to me...bottom of box was damp from sitting so long. Hot mess more than hot z! Yes I got a refund, and no dinner. Never going back.

I’m writing this from the parking lot. I just walked in and ordered food to go, the counter staff was quick and on point. The food came out timely, but as I sat there waiting the cook constantly berated the help loud enough for everyone in the dining room to hear. Quite frankly I felt bad for the staff and I can see why they have “hiring for all positions” posted everywhere. Upon getting home and attempting to eat the food, I was even more disappointed. I ordered a chicken parm sub and curly fries. The chicken was hard and crunchy and had a funky taste, as well as the fries. They were overcooked and tasted like dirty oil. I live less than a mile away but will not be going back.

I hate to write this review but I just had to share my experience so hopefully others can avoid the same problems. We have now had 3 occasions where we have waited for our pickup order for more then 1 hour after the "quoted time". The staff has been verbally abusive. Fighting with each other behind the counter. Yelling about how they didn't tell us that time. Do yourself a favor and order from anywhere else.
From a full meal to a quick bite, a cold beer and a game of pool--and outdoor seating in summer. A friendly neighborhood spot.

Eric the kitchen manager helped me out today. My wife and I tried this pizza for the first time last week. MY GOD THE PIZZA THOUGH..... Ingredients are so fresh, Dave Portnoy needs to review it. We have been all over Lancaster. You want the best they got it. Owners even came out to personally thank me for complimenting their pizza. If you aren't stopping here, anywhere else will be a disappointment. Get the sausage pepperoni pizza, not greasy, made to perfection!
