Awesome brunch, especially the home fries, worth the wait small and cozy interior. Friendly and efficient staff!

Overall good experience. Crowded on a Saturday morning as should be expected, but we were sat very quickly. The food is very fairly priced and makes it easy to want to return. More importantly, the food was delicious. I had the Ciccio sandwich which packed tons of flavor. Menu is well done. Limited selections but has all of breakfast standard fare as well as many different takes on classics that add flavor and keep the menu interesting for all. Ambiance was classic diner as was service. My only complaint was time for delivery of food. I understand it was busy but an hour for a breakfast sandwich (total meal not food delivery time) was a bit too much. Will return.

Jake on Main is a hidden gem offering a traditional menu with exquisite surprises like Fried Chicken and Waffles with strawberry compound butter, or pancakes swirled with Honey Bourbon Syrup and topped with coffee whipped cream and honey bourbon syrup. Must try their seasonal menu for even more delicious surprises. While prices can be a bit high, I believe it's reasonable for the quality. According to other reviewers, they have a parking lot behind the restaurant, but I usually park on the street. The staff is friendly, adding to the overall experience.

Met some friends for brunch; we were a part of 6. We got our food in a timely manner, and food was DELICIOUS! Between the omelette, grits, honey bourbon pancakes, sausage gravy, raspberry French toast, chicken and waffles, home fries … EVERYTHING WAS SO GOOD! Staff was really friendly. Atmosphere was a chill, modern vibe. Most definitely will be back! Such a gem in a sleepy little town!

My husband and I first visited this establishment about a month ago. I ordered the sausage gravy and Texas toast my husband ordered eggs bacon breakfast We loved loved it. We returned and ordered the same menu items but UNFORTUNATELY it was the exact opposite of our first visit. My toast was not fully toasted which is vital when eating sausage gravy. It quickly became a mushy mess. There wasn’t enough gravy , gravy was flavorless and watered down, I added so much salt and I didn’t finish my meal. My husband’s eggs tasted like air, no flavor and both meals and coffee were luke warm/ cold. Hope they see this review and make some changesParking: Hard to find , parking lot was full

Excellent food, wonderful service, welcoming feel and very clean. It's definitely worth it if you have to wait for a table. My husband has Celiacs and they were able to accommodate his allergy. Which we were very grateful for.I had the brussel sprout omelet, found it very savoring. First time for me having that combo of food. If you like Brussels and eggs give it a try. The little hash browns pack a lot of flavor.

This a good old fashioned diner - the kind every town has or should have! Everyone was really nice. Food was good. They were really accommodating of our big group, and there was no delay in bringing anything.Have to add a note - we went back a second day and everyone loved what they ordered. I had the raspberry baked oatmeal. It wasn’t anything I have had before - it was delicious! Someone else got the corned beef hash, and another had the pulled pork mac&cheese bowl

While visting family, we were out and about on this snowy Saturday when I Googled lunch places. Jakes came up and we decided to give it a try. We were so happy we did. Nicely decorated, excellent food and attentive staff. If you're in the area you need to go!
