Inside counter customers aren’t waited on in a timely manner. The drive through and app orders where being filled while a line stood inside for over 20 minutes with absolutely NO service. No acknowledgment at all until one server mentioned to another there was a counter line, the response to the employee was “Well they need to be patient.” I understand busy, I can appreciate being under staffed, there still should be balance between the three areas if service. I would have expected an even rotation between the drive through window, counter and app.

Had an absolute great experience at the Keystone Ave Dunkin tonight. The 2 guys working went above and beyond to help us resolve an issue we had with the Dunkin on Elmira Street. Thank you both very much from the bottom of our hearts. We definitely be coming back more often.
