Absolutely great burgers. It is fast casual, and doesnt include service. The atmosphere is blah, but youre just going here for a 5 star burger. Toppings are plentiful. This is a great place to hit up while traveling to or from the LV Zoo.

We've been here twice and have been quite impressed. We found the prices (especially with a coupon) to be more reasonable than other sit-down burger chains. My boyfriend is not an easy one to impress when it comes to burgers and he's been a fan both times. Eager to try their chicken sandwiches and milkshakes :)

Food was okay but the cleanliness was less then desirable. Staff seemed to be far less interested in working over standing around in a daze.

I love their burgers! Every time I go they’re fresh, cheesy, buns toasty and the burger is smashed to perfection! Overall I enjoy their burger selections and the sides they offer! Plus the milkshake selections are nice!!

I was in on 11/30 around 3:00 and one of the employees (not the happy one wearing bells) was dropping the F bomb loudly which is not acceptable anywhere. Will not be returning because of this…remember your employees are the face of your business, pick them wisely.

Was gonna go to wendy's to eat and I should have. The burger here had no taste. Wendy's meat taste better. Fries at McDonald's better and could of got a frosty at wendy's cheaper and taste the same. Also you have curbside I picked and I am waiting so called. oh no curbside. Shehat was for covid. Well that was 3 years ago!!! NO STARS

First time visit, kinda found the place on accident during a random road trip.All 3 of us got the classic burger with cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayo. I had grilled onions on as well.The patties were perfectly cooked. The add-ons were all fresh. Roll was fresh and soft.Fair warning, they are messy(that's not exactly a bad thing either)We also ordered chili cheese fries. To us, it was more tomato based, with peppers. I didn't find it overly spicy, which for me is a good thing.Everything was clean, including the bathrooms.Customer service was wonderful. Friendly, and even came around to check to make sure everything was good. Absolutely no complaints.This is one burger joint that we would visit again. Driving from 45 min-hour, that's saying something. ?

When I arrived there was one other family eating inside. The employees got up from doing nothing like I was disturbing them. Ordered the Cajun Tots and they were overly seasoned and salty. The double bacon burger was good but overly priced. Ordered one of the key like shakes and it was good as well. For those three items $23. Grill was dirty. Floor was dirty. Counters were dirty. For as many employees as they had with 4 people already served the store should have been cleaner.
