“On our way out to the healing wall in Collegeville we stopped at this little hole in the wall for breakfast. It was a good pick. The food was awesome and staff very friendly. I got this dish called the Down South Homie. Homefries covered with pulled pork with BBQ sauce, provolone cheese, 2 over medium eggs and I added hot sauce. All I can say is OMG. Pricing is not bad either“

“It has taken me over 12 years to finally walk in this space, thanks to some friends. Parking lot is deceivingly larger than anticipated. Scored a spot right in front. The space inside is on the smaller side, so anticipate a wait if you don't show up before 9am. Service very friendly and they are quick to serve you. Their coffee was solid. They have a nice tea selection, so be sure to ask what they have or they will serve you up something more pedestrian. A few specials always posted on the board. I had their homemade hash omelet and it was cooked perfectly. Not too brown and cooked throughout. Their toast is LeBus (sp?), so it was 2 pieces of very thick rye bread. I absolutely loved it. Their breakfast potatoes are very small nuggets with no onions. A bit boring if I'm being honest, but mixed well with the eggs and ketchup for me. I will look forward to trying more menu items in the near future. Hidden gem.“

“This small cafe is in an old building with creaky wood floors and an enclosed porch with windows looking out onto Bridge Street, the main drag in Phoenixville; a lot of atmosphere. There are no shades on the porch windows so if you’re there before 8:30AM you either have the sun in your eyes or on your back. At the moment (May 2024) they’re only open for breakfast and lunch but there are plans to open for dinner. Best to check their hours before going. Sundays between 9:30AM & Noon are very crowded. I was there for breakfast on a Tuesday.I had two eggs with corned beef hash, home fries, rye toast and coffee. They run a different special every day. On Tuesdays it’s free coffee with any meal. SCORE!The eggs were properly cooked to medium. The hash was not homemade but tasty. The home fries had no seasoning and were somewhat dry. The toast was served dry with individual containers of butter. I think this is a good idea as many people want to control the amount of butter on their toast. They have no parking lot so you must park on the street which can be a challenge. The steps up to the porch are short but steep. I was told there’s another entrance for people who can’t negotiate the steps. My server, Christine, was very attentive and pleasant.I liked this place and plan to return.“

“I'm obsessed with the croissants from Heart Stone Pastry and have been for a couple of years. I'm very excited for a retail option to be able to buy their pastries, since normally you can only get them at farmers markets. Aside from the fact that everything is delicious, their mission is outstanding. The space is beautiful and in a great location. I'm hoping they will stay busy for years to come. As this is still a new operation, please arrive with extra patience. It seems they are still working out some kinks. I arrived around noon and most things were sold out, but I wasn't too upset because I was still able to get a cold brew. Definitely check them out, and visit their website for more information and preorder options. Best of luck to the whole Partners Creating Community Team!“

“Service is excellent and you can tell this place is well run. Large plates of food for reasonable prices and many menu options. I can see why this is a local favorite. Hash browns are real potatoes and are amazing with creamed chopped beef!“

“Nook & Kranny is the place to go. Who doesn't love a breakfast nook and the kranny's are like Grammy's... heartwarming and prepared with love. This little eatery is a hidden gem. Every coffee mug is different and quite literally might have been owned by your grandmother. The food is fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is inviting and delightful. Go, enjoy, play a game of cribbage or just gossip bout your favorite reality show, whatever your heart desires, I'm not judging you... but i am judging this kafe... 5 stars!“

“Not a bad little spot! Visiting my brother and I was looking up vegan food in the area and found these guys. Pretty decent! Not the biggest selection to choose from as far as food items go, but I did enjoy my Buffalo chick pea salad sandwich. Smoothie was good too. I won’t lie and say my mind was blown, but it was good enough to have me go back for an occasional smoothie.Vegetarian options: Everything is vegan“

“My coffee spot deserves 5 stars because it's a mission centered business. It's associated with Camphill Village, and is therefore inclusive in its hiring of staff, has a vegetarian menu, and sources locally. The baristas are friendly and make an effort to get to know you if you are a regular. Yes, it may take a while for a latte if it's busy and they have to follow food safety standards when heating up breakfast sandwiches (which takes time and they let you know when you order). I am ok with that because the money you spend here is staying locally and supporting a non-profit.“
