Hi i went into this place a employee janya i believe is her name was so rude i was asking for pretzels with cheese deep and didnt know what i wanted else so was reviewing what else. I can get this woman tells me are you done make up your mind i asked what is the rush and she walks to 2 girls employee in back and stared acting real mean this is not right and i was passing by from nyc wow and they say NEW YORKERS ARE MEAN. hands down she wonI requested manager she said for what that she was manger here i was trying to order for a group of 20 on a bus this was the worst place basically you cn take time to order this woman needs to be let go i aldo told her the outside table was dirty she told me to clean SO OK NEVER GONNA COME HERE EVER TAKING MY GROUP FOODS TO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Its crazy how i went to this place to enjoy a pepperoni pretzels i get to the front and i asked a lady there excuse me will you be making anymore pepperoni pretzels because i left the 10 kids in van before the game so i was treating them so the lady said why i said because i only see 3 and would like to order more and she tells me well that i should of been there when there were more what kind of customer service is that i asked her why so rude i asked her name but didnt give so i saw a man employee and he told me her name was jayaee (excuse if i mispell ) but if i can give zero i would people like this should not work in family business i said my peace you want this place to go forward get rid of this woman

My daughter was refused service. This is how the “manager” handles a situation? I called and asked what happened. It could have been handled then but she was NOT polite. She did NOT ask me any questions. She was “annoyed” that I called to find out what happened while she was trying to close up and go home. The only information this girl knows is from a PUBLIC post I made and what I was able to offer her before she hung up on me when I asked her to check with her employee about the situation, and then would not answer the phone again after that.

My mother in law just bought three pretzels from viewmont mall location and there was a rotten tooth in the pretzel dough, so gross…… I will never go there ever after that

This place is awful. They never have what they advertise. Now with having to social distance you have to wait ten minutes to place your order then have to wait ten minutes for them to make anything other than a plain pretzel.

If i could give zero stars i definitely would! I understand we are in a very trying time and everyone is scared, but there is no reason to lack customer service the way Weaver did. Our family visited this location today to be treated horribly by the cashier/manager. She messed up our order not once, but 2 times, slammed my children's drink on the counter in front of them, we asked where the pretzel was and was yelled at by her. When we asked to speak to the manager her reply was, "i am the manager" acting like that? I had asked for the number of someone higher and was told i couldn't be given the number. She stated there was another manager on duty which is the one who gave me the store number and said Jack would be in, in the morning. Worse customer service ever.
