Place never answers the phone I sat here just today calling back to back for a hour and the phones off the hook lost all respect for ur business and ur workers looking like meth addicts

Love the pizza to bad they don't pick up the phone up they say is open Wednesday at 2pm but no awnser at that they say there money to make but don't awnser for oders place looks like is going down so sad because they are the best

They have really good square pizza and they are a west Scranton legend. I was going to order recently but they are closed for remodeling.. Can't wait for them to reopen. Their appetizers are also very good. I like their breaded fried vegetables.

Called 3 times the previous week and on that monday. Everday it said it was closed.
I was there last night ordered 2 square peperoni was told a hour waited 2 hours 1 hour was inside there being told just 2 more minites every 10 minutes and being a transplant patient sitting in there was not good for me didn't get the right order called and it was closed the lady said she was leaving and not cleaning it till tomorrow food is great but not happy with this it ruined my evening

I only gave them one star because it's the only way I can put it in a review. The order taking was totally messed up. I wanted to leave a tip in advance and I offered $3 I asked you if it was a good driver. Apparently management must know that it's not a good driver because they only took $2. I was told about a half hour . The website says 45 minutes. It was an hour and a half. The driver didn't read the slip and was sitting exactly 10 houses down from mine. Around the block and it was only one block and that took 25 minutes. I wanted a no contact delivery it wasn't on a slip and I said just put it on the porch to the driver the driver was determined to bang on my door and make me come to the door. The order I wanted a lot of tomatoes I got little diced pieces. The BLT that I ordered was so light I thought it was just a plain hoagie roll. I'm so very unhappy with the service, food quality and delivery. I will never be ordering from them again whether it's delivery take out or if we are ever allowed to dine in anywhere again.

Cool. $8.00 salad. 4 pieces of chicken ...best part it's processed chicken..not a real grilled chicken breast. Please take it off your menu or don't call it chicken. Gross.

Love Brownies! Really the only complaint I have is that they charge u extra if u get 20 wings and you want half bbq and half mild. It literally costs them $0 to do it. So I do not see the reasoning behind it. Delivery can some times take much longer than they quote you also but I dont hold that against them. Things happen.

I placed an order consisting of 3 orders of chicken and fries and a sausage calzone.Firstly, I ordered it at 6:22 and it didn't get delivered until amost 8:00.Secondly, when I got the food there was a chicken and fries missing and the calzone was overflowing with cheeseLastly, When my son drive down to bring the order back and rectify the issues the woman behind the counter didn't even apologize and proceeded to make the order over and told him go home and they'll deliver the new food in a half hour.The food did arrive, again and everything was included...except now the sausage calzone didnt have the bacon and onions we paid for and had way too much cheese again.It saddens me that a good, family owned business that has been around for so long treats customers so poorly.We couldn't eat the calzone and the money was wasted. The owner did contact me and apologized but that was all.I will never go there again
