I was just there, went through the drive thru , had to wait a while then the food finally came, the burgers were cold and dry along with dry buns and very minimal lettuce, the chicken sandwich didn't taste right. The fries were hot but hardly any salt.

Need to spend more time training and less time sitting in the office while one guy runs around doing everything(believe his name was Paul,you need more workers like him) 2 workers shadowboxing spilling drinks while I'm waiting 10+ mins for $6 dollars in food. Every worker that was except the kid in the orange shirt, completely worthless,all need to be fired even the female manager sitting in the office while it was all going on.absolutely pathetic

I am soooo disappointed in the (lack) of food on my (double) cheeseburger and alleged French fries. Especially for the price. Extremely small! That I was asking "where's the beef?" And I know that's your competition. At least I can SEE the actual beef in my burger.

On November 18 2023 was dining in and the manager working was excellent. She was the only one doing the front, taking orders, packing up the orders all while doing the drive through also. She kept her cool and was very professional. Keyser Ave in Scranton.

Employees where amazing polite and very patient with me I had several orders and I was getting them messed up and they were very patient. And they read the order back to me. I had to wait and even though I had to wait I didn't mind they were very quick. I was so surprised. I wish these employees worked at tall the stores I go to. Thank you so much

Absolute worst Burger King I've ever been to. They are SO SLOW. We sat in line for over 20 minutes waiting for a single burger and chicken fries. There were only 2 other cars before us and they waited as well, all of us sitting by the stop sign by the exit as per their direction.Worst service ever ?Absolutely suck
