We are so disappointed in this location, we waited over 15 minutes to get our food meanwhile their was no one else there, when we received the food it was absolutely disgusting!! Food was cold! Buns were hard as a rock, I asked for a refund & got told NO! Life is hard & a struggle, we all work hard for our money& to be told we can't get a refund when your food & customer service was awful is a turn off from the Dickson City PA location. Will not be returning nor recommending BK.

The manager was working the front counter polite multi tasking been there done that (Bathroom OMG u can tell that the sink has never been cleaned ever the garbage was not emptied it was over flowing floor had pp and toilet poop the girl who made the bacon and cheese croissant needs a new training review I'm sure the bacon and cheese are supposed to be able to eat but it was microwaved too long it was like a hockey puckWe were not regulars we got off at the freeway exit it really needs a GOOD HEAVY DUTY over haul cleaning the reason they have stainless steel as your looking at the register looking at the manager hang the ticket is to bee reflective clean not smeared hand prints

The manager at this store is amazing !I hope they show him alot of appreciation The poor guy works the window and the counter all by himself.I'm not from the area and stop once every 6 weeks and the past 3 visits he has been alone. One thing I will definitely say he does a better job than other locations that are fully staffed.BURGER KING GET THAT MAN SOME HELP!!!

By far the worst burger king I have ever had. my mozzarella sticks tasted like cardboard, and when i took the breading off, they were a sickly combination of grey and brown! How in the world does that happen? And the ketchup on my burger tasted so sweet it was almost like eating banana sauce of maduros, and the chicken in the chicken wraps tasted rotten as well??? Also, some of the most inattentive/uncaring workers I've ever had the displeasure of "interacting" with. Not even the lady in the manager uniform cared that we were sitting at the second window for around 5 minutes just waiting for our mobile order that had been placed more than 20 minutes ago. We also saw another worker just fiddling around with bags and giving us dirty looks, too. However, I will say the french fries were tasty lol.
