“My husband and I live on the same street, within two minutes. I've given 5 stars on Google before and the owner promptly responded.I have another review for this location.I'm in the restaurant business for DECADES, my husband for ten years.So, I'm hard to impress bc as a restaurant manager for so long, I am hard to please lol.First off, from a restaurant manager's point of view, the manager at this spot MUST be excellent to his/ her employees. How do I know this? Bc EVERY. SINGLE. INTERACTION with the staff here is always a pleasure, whether it's a busy time or not so busy. We generally have delivery, even though we are walking distance, bc we usually order on Netflix night or when we play cards.They answer the phone quickly and professionally, and if I get put on hold, they apologize for the wait and it is momentary.I saw some reviews where ppl said there was a wait, the phones were not answered right away, but , from a person who worked in restaurants their whole life, I understand this.However, I never really had that problem here.I'd like to comment on my last order, the other night, a late night order. My husband always gets the Cheesesteak sub and Cheesesteak tots, no onions, bc we give our little dogs a plate for themselves.I get the Veggie pasta thing in a bread bowl, extra mushrooms.I orderedwith the young man, hang up after he says it's quite busy, maybe 45 mins. I get a call ten minutes later, and I was like " Wow, that was quick!" He politely said " Ma'am, we just wanted to make sure that you wanted onions on the pasta bc the other order said no onions and just wanted to check". My husband wanted to go over and shake their hands bc I'm vegetarian and NOBODY ever ever gets my order right lol.I was soooo impressed with that!! Then, the delivery came, everything perfect and hot, in about 25 minutes!Another thing is, in recent years, especially after COVID, customer service sucks big time but in the 18 months we've lived here, we have always, ALWAYS had perfect service from here!And what's really impressive, is that most of the staff is younger, and they work super hard and diligently. When we do laundry, we pop in for a pie to take home and the store is always clean and the employees are always polite and appear to all get along.If we ever moved back to NY, I think the only thing we'd miss is this Domino's lol.I would love if the owner could tell the staff about this review and thank them again, and let them know it's the ppl across the street and that we appreciate them!!“
“The pizza def got better over the years! They're quick, order is right like 95% of the time and if it isn't they accommodate you immediately.. I love the selection. Not in a pizza mood? Go with wings (bone in and out), salad, baked sandwiches, bread bites, twists, stuffed cheesy bread and of course DESSERTS.. All the desserts are really good but I highly recommend Hot and gooey Lava crunch cakes, OMG soooooo good. If your like me and was afraid to try Dominos again because we remember what 1990s Dominos tasted like. Order it. Completely different.“
