Great corner bar we found on our visit to Scranton for a music event at the Lodge @ Montage. Friendly bartender and locals. Pizza was very good, fresh toppings! Looks like a house, not numbered, but if you can find it, go in & have a drink!!
Visiting from out of town and stumbled across this great place! We typed in the address and thought it took us to the wrong place but we could hear music inside. We walked in to a door on a side of a building and we were in a super packed bar! The bartender was so good at what he does, not an empty drink in the house! He was such a nice guy that took time to talk to us even though we were clearly from out of town. I loved the home town feel of this place!

Great neighborhood bar, good beer selection and tasty bar fare. Excellent service and that old "beer garden" feel. Not the easiest to find unless you know it, but it's right on the corner of Webster Ave and River Street in South side. Give it a try and I'm sure you'll go back!
