I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts location and rarely have a problem. This is just not right. I know that in the morning they are extremely busy and I feel very bad for them. I know how that is working in fast food. They need to get you guys more help. I’m not blaming the workers. I’m blaming the company!!

Do not go here, always out of things today no Boston creme dount, no brownie batter, no bagel twist 10:30 on a saturday crazy and its not just donuts, last week no tea bags, no cream go to the other dunkin down the street there supplies come in. How many times do you have to say the truck didn't come to bring in supplies for your customers before you realize you are putting yourself go out of business

I went in the morning and they were SWARMED! Yet the wait wasn’t too bad but the customer service was TOP NOTCH! They were super busy yet kept a friendly attitude! 10/10 employees!

Went thru the drive thru at 11am on a Sunday morning and sat for almost a half hour to get a coffee. Service sucks here don't stop here if you are in a hurry.

Slowest drive thru in the area and drive thru order takers are half deaf messing up my orders lady working drive thru 11/26/23 1130am is unprofessional saying she doesn't like people loud enough for me to hear maybe get a different job..and messed up my order twice nice
This is definitely the best Duncan location anywhere in Lackawanna in Susquehanna county. Every time I visit the drinks are made perfect. The food is cooked great. The people are respectful and they move you through the line very quickly as quickly as possible. Anyway, I go to dunkin' donuts all the time every day and never get the type of service anywhere else I get at this location. I highly recommend that you go out of your way to go here if you have to. It won't be a mistake.
I’ve had several instances where this Dunkin runs out of EVERYTHING but this morning my fiancé took our pup for his daily Dunkin and the girl who took the order was very nasty, not to mention what he had ordered (a refresher & then his brother wanted a coffee) this Dunkin had nothing.. but conveniently the car ahead had a refresher? So how does that work if you tell others you don’t have it but then other cars get it?? Secondly we have a very excited pup who loves Dunkin & gets up in the front seat & all Dunkins love him including this one.. but today the girl told my fiancé what he should/shouldn’t do with our dog because he put him in the backseat- sorry but we won’t be visiting this location anymore.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would I ordered food from the Dunkin app and when I went to go in to wait for it there was like 12 people in there and when we got our food I didn't get my coffee and they forgot to put sausage on my sausage egg and cheese sandwich I am so mad 1 star
